Must be for shorter people
Typically standing 5'5" at 115lbs, with 33" bust and 27" waist one size fists all is usually too big on me. I had it stretched as far as I think it could go and barely got it over my shoulders the crotchless portion was below my crotch. After wearing it for a few minutes my skin began to itch.
