Its not a DIY product
There are no fitting instructions, seller recommends youtube video to use the product. I soon realized this is task which requires a person who repairs chairs..they usually have the same quality base at far more reasonable price and will fit for the same value. Avoid the product here

Quality tough, best product for this price, locals were asking 900 rupees for the sameOne suggestion for buyer never buy those chrome metal one bcs their tyres get torn and they get out of alignment very soon, making your chair very uncomfortable. Instead buy these one.

Felt like used chair
I don't know but I feel like I have received a used chair.It doesn't look like a new one.I'm not going to return it anyway because it's sturdy and I need it right now for my work from home setup.Hope this doesn't repeat again.

Unreliable supplier
The manual did not mention that cap of hydraulic needs to be removed hence I installed it without removing it. The. I realised the key for hydraulic is broken. Further inspection revealed peeled off paint. I called the manufacturer who asked me to raise a replacement request. Accordingly, I raised it. After 4 to 5 days received a mail from Amazon that the replacement order is cancelled.

Please do not buy
The chair mechanism was missing when sent.... Was sent mechanism later by seller but then the chair seat was fitting with a difference of 2 inches between the right and left side of the seat. Please do not buy this chair.... Much better chairs available from more organized and professional sellers.

Poor after sales service
Initially the chair looked comfortable.. afterwards the chair tilts on a side.. I called up the support number.. initially the support person was responsive and promised the issue resolution.... But he stopped responding thereafter.... Will change the review if he solves the issue..
