Amazing cheese
I am following the SCD diet. This cheese has allowed me to make the most amazing bread like focaccia bread. It also helps me make a delicious bacon soufflé. I am a very far drive from getting this cheese anywhere in my area and thankful to have the option of buying it on Amazon. It comes with freezer packs around it and an additional freezer wrap to keep it cool. I take one container and put it in the freezer till I need it. Works well.

It helps your belly
I love love love this cheese. I have Crohns disease and I am able to eat this and it helps my disease. I used to miss cottage cheese and fruit now it's just like it. I also make cheese cake and dips.
