I purchased this for my pass card at work and I absolutely love the well made, sturdy design. I have been through 5 or 6 cheap ones from work but this one should last for years. Well made, durable and strong. I was able to take off the key ring portion as I keep my keys on another work ring. Love this product.

The badge reel lasted 3 weeks then came apart. I don’t understand how it could. But it did.Addendum: Company reached out to me. They are sending me another order to see if it was one bad one out of a bunch of good ones. I’ll give it another try. I really like the heaviness and what looks like.... The durability. I was shocked when it disconnected from the reel. Company is addressing the issue. Also purchased 2 similar from another that was recommended to me. Hope they work!!

This badge holder has more options on how to use it than any other I have seen, it is very heavy duty and probably more than I need but I would buy it again. The circular part is the size of a half dollar and I was used to the ones the size of a quarter. It clips on a pocket or loop and you can remove the upper carabiner and just use the round body with the back clip.

I bought this a month ago and the first one has already broken. Went out for a walk at work and when I got back my ID was gone. Snapped off at some point.Update 9/3/19: 2nd one has now broken as well and ID is gone again. The seller did contact me about a replacement but I'm not going to get a replacement if they're just going to keep breaking.

Both broke within 1 mo of use each. The cable breaks right the welding point of the badge mount.Very, very disappointed. Thought the first break was a defective product but 2/2 broke fast.In short: Doesn’t have the durability for someone who wears a badge all day (government, contractors, medical personnel)

Got these for work and the reel disconnected within 2-4 weeks of use. So since there were 2 in the pack, I figured the second would do. No more than 2 weeks later the same thing Happened. I have 3 keys in the ring and it definitely couldn’t hold up the weight. Very Low quality and quite disappointed with the product.

Spent alot on these. First on snapped and retracted into itself within a few days. The second one got me through the return window before it also snapped. I'm back to plastic. Plus these are huge and I felt like a janitor.

I work as a valet at a hotel, and I do a lot of running. I thought I could use this to hole my master key and guest car keys while I run back to the valet stand. I nearly lost guest keys twice because both retractable key holders broke. Do not buy. This item. It looks sturdy, but is far from it.
