I bought this because i was going for a princess look!Go get it! The waist was small and I’m a big girl I ordered a 3XL and it was still tight!

I had been stalking this skirt for a couple of months and finally purchased the Blush color in size Large (5’5”, 155). It arrived in 24 hours just in time for a holiday gala. In a sea of back and red gowns, all heads turned when I entered in this dreamy blush skirt. It looks way more expensive, it’s full and flowing and the slit is perfect. I rolled it once at the waist to bring up the length, and secured it with a black elastic belt (see pic). I danced all night, ballroom/Latin dancing no less, and the skirt was amazing!! I received tons of compliments all night, even the wait staff told me they voted mine their favorite dress at the whole gala! If you’re considering this skirt like I was, don’t hesitate! You’ll feel like you’re floating wearing it.

The skirt was just the thing i was looking for when designing my costume. Very voluminous and had a sexy sky high slit for a modern twist. The tulle is folded over at least twice and sewed to the skirt to create the volume. I do wish that it was cut in layers of different lengths to add even more shape and volume. It would be easy to do on your own, however. Beware, this skirt is long. I'm 5'10, wearing 3.5" heels in my photo and the skirt naturally sat at empire/high waist. Even then, The skirt hem was at the floor and I was catching the tulle on my heels by nights end. Being only sewn to the skirt, the tulle was pulling apart after a few hours. Would definitely buy again when it totally falls apart.

My husband and I were skeptical to order this item at first. But, we're so glad we did. Can't wait until our Red Carpet event. We received it in time to have it altered. I am 5'2. The extra material after altering will be used around waist line or perhaps a tailored tie on the wrist. Thank you for the long satin material for belt. I ordered my regular size L. The elastic designed waistline helps. It doesn't add extra bulk. I am pleased with the design, color and seam stitching of underline of this garment. It is extremely professionally made. I will be wearing this to casual, semi-formal & formal affairs. It's how you dress it, you can pull it off. My husband and I can't wait for me to wear it on the Red Carpet. Received my skirt today. It’s perfect for my Halloween costume and I do believe I may use it as a ball skirt, as well.I’m 5’8” and a size 8 and the medium fits snugly but well at my true waistline. The tulle arrives crinkly which is fine for my purposes or if you want a more rock and roll look. The company does recommend steaming it. I can’t speak to how easy or difficult that would be. After a shakeout the skirt is very full, which I love and appreciate but may be overwhelming for the shorter ladies. You have to pop your leg out red carpet style to really work the slit but I’m going to pin back the lining a bit to get more leg showing naturally. This is a fantastic skirt at this price point!

I liked that I was so full and elegant. The waistband was too tight for it to be a 3X. I’m a 2X and it was still a bit tight.

Buy this skirt. It is awesome. I felt like a Queen wearing it. I sized up but could have gotten my normal size. The waist band is stretchy and was comfortable. The skirt was a little long but if you are wearing heels you should be fine. I received so many compliments.
