This totally fried my hair. I'm mixed and I have extremely curly hair. I did exactly what the directions said and 'totally fried' is an understatement. Maybe it will work better in your hair? I wouldn't do it though.

Really love all of their products. Been using for about 2 years. Hair health has improved since started using. Relaxer doesn't leave hair overly dry or brittle. Highly reccommend.

I am latina and I have very wavy tick hair an did worked for me, apply this mixture carefully as this can seriously burn your scalp but not if you are carefully. Apply first to the back of your hair and then to the front, only leave it on for 5 minutes that is enough or will damage your hair. Use oil on your scalp and hair begire applying (coconut, olive or E oil), dont use the shampoo and lotion included as is very oily, use your own. Dry and flat iron and keep it dry and straight for a week to keep it straight longer. Good luck. I been using this product maybe every 6 months to a year to retouch only the new hairs.

Omg fried my hair 2da scalp at least wat was left of it cuz ovr half of it fell out and on top of dait bleached it 2 a orange color. I followed all instructions 2 a tee. Now i c dis is common wit dis crap. Wish dis had 0 stars

Really wish I could give one star. I'm mixed and have curl frizzy hair and I usually use keratin on my hair as a treatment but my store was out of it and I saw this product and have heard some good things about so I picked it up. I wish I never did. As soon as I rinsed everything out and did as the directions said to do, I went to brush my hair and my hair came out in clumps. It still is whenever I run my hand through it. I really wish I would've read all these reviews about it, a lot of people are experiencing the same thing, this product should not be on the shelves. I'm sorry for anyone who had this happen to them.

This product is not for fine hair! It fried mine and I put it in and immediately shampooed it. NEVER again.

I’ve used his product throughout my life and used it the other day and it completely burnt my neck and I am now left with scars .

I usually get the keratin treatment, but lately I cannot spend $300 dollars on my hair. I am a Latina with tight curls. Brushing my hair was a nightmare without a leave in conditioner. I finally decided to try a relaxer from target and came across this one. I couldn't be happier about the results. My hair is straight and soft and manageble! I left it on my hair for 12 min since I was scared od frying it. So far so good. I love this product!

Do not buy from this seller!Upon receiving my order I noticed that after opening the products box that the seals on the bottles were broken. The instructions specifically state that the product must not be used if this happens. Given that this product is going on someones hair and in turn moulding it into hair as straight and rigid as a ruler (fingers crossed anyway!) I agreed with said informative piece of paper.I contacted the seller requisitioning a simple refund. Oh dear!The seller replies asking if they can be contacted via WhatsApp because its "quicker". Hesitant to acquiesce this request as I'm not usually fond of divulging my personal phone number to a complete stranger and as the replies from their amazon account had stagnated, I decided this would hopefully speed things up to a speed that is physically measurable to a human being.I was tasked with sending them some photos of the product. Thinking to myself that finally we are getting somewhere on this tempestuous journey, the seller asks to see MORE pictures. I state that there was no fault with any other part of the product or packaging. Alas, I proceeded to send them a picture of every conceivable angle on the products packing.Following this I again plead with them that there is no fault with the packing and just that of the bottles immediately located within.Assuming that surely with the evidence now within their grasp, they would surely and indefinitely realise that YES, there is an unfortunate case where somewhere along this poor, sad products life, someone had committed an act of barbarity upon it, and decided to ruin 2020 even further, BREAK the seal on the bottles cap.However!For reasons unknown to me, the customer, who cares not where, why or when this insidious act happened, as it does indeed unfortunately happen more frequently in this world than one of Donald Trumps tweets that blame aliens or the common house fly for something he himself has done, I receieve a text that they have decided at this crucial point that they are NOT refunding me. They instead are launching a full investigation! Assuming that Scotland Yard, the FBI, Interpol, Sherlock Holmes and even the bloody Batman might have more things to worry about than a simple case of a breached bottle seal, I had about reached my limit with this sellers absurdity and time wasting antics.I replied with yet another plead for them to see reason that this was not an act where someone had sent me a Dirty Bomb instead of my hair product, or that I had received a humans testical but it was just a simple unfortunate event that happens all over the globe every single day.After waiting around needlessly for the rest of the day with no such reply occurring I left it for the next day.The next day. Keen to see that hopefully by late morning I would have received a response from this unpalatable conversation, I noticed that they had been on WhatsApp at some point in the morning (presumably to waste some other poor buggers time) and yet had not informed me of how this almighty investigation by the Justice League was going. Somewhat annoyed by this, I messaged a simple "?" to help stir things up a tad more than that of a yawning sloth.It worked. WhatsApp had prevailed. After all, it was their idea to use this format of communication, so I was pleased and eager to hear of how Inspector Poirot was doing with his investigation.HOWEVER! To my complete and utter bewilderment, I was NOT informed of how their exhaustive line of inquiry into how my product was untimely damaged but instead asked me to message them NOT on WhatsApp, contrary to their previous request to do so, but to now, for reasons unknown to even the most cleverest of all professional sleuths in the world, but to now message them on Amazon.This had just about taken the biscuit.After nearly a week of back and forth of pointless and needless and repetitive dialogue and waiting for replies to help solve a simple and benign case of a request for a refund I decided that they had from now on to refrain from digressing their disgusting business running antics with me, and now with amazon directly.Who have incidentally, within a matter of less than 3000 seconds of the earths movement around the sun, have refunded me.So if youre up for someone to have a casual and pointless conversation with, these guys are here for you!If you want an actual business owner to do their job, AVOID! I beg of you!P.s. Boots are selling this cheaper!

I’ve tried this permanent hair treatment on the beard. It became smooth and straight, from very curly and thick beard. That I liked, treatment done good job. But one thing what other people should be worry about is that this cream does burn the skin. You need to be super careful when you apply it on a hair. If it touches the skin- it definetly will burn your skin straight away. So I recommend to be careful. But whole product is good.

Always use the ORS products, Dark & Lovely is just too heavy on my hair. However I suggest that you condition with coconut oil for about 4-8hrs with the conditioner pak included with the product after relaxing your hair to ensure that both scalp and hair are both treated correctly.

It really damaged my hair in less than 4 minutes. I’d say if you have thin hair this product is not for you. I tested it before applying it to my hair and it seemed okay. I had to have my hair cut really short due to the massive damaged plus my scalp started peeling after 5 days. Disaster!

This product promises a lot but it completely ruined my hair. Followed it to the T but my hair got so dry that it looked and felt like dried grass !! I had the hairdresser put a lot of conditioner and treatment to get rid of the dryness in the end I had to cut my beautiful hair very short in order to get rid of the damaged hair. it cost me a lot of money and I am so unhappy with my short hair. The texture is still very dry I have put oil in my hair bu the damage is very deep. I would give it a -1 star
