Just by nature of the fitbit "Flex", it needs to be replaced every several months. It is worn on the wrist so suffers from usual wear and tear of any exercise program. For the past six months, I walked four to five miles a day about five to six days weekly in the hot climes of southern Florida. You can also wear in the shower, but experience suggest this adds to the wear of this product. This is just th band that holds the device that stores and records exercise regimen totals. This replacement mirrors original and secures the fitbit nicely. Good price, so happy!

I ordered this band because my original one was getting pretty beat up from working out on the pavement. I am rough on the fitbit and it has held up quite well.When I ordered this band I knew that it wasn't a first part original so may or may not be as nice. When I received it I was satisfied with the quality although it feels a little stiffer than the original. The window on this one is a little clearer as well, making the lights shine through more.I am not sure where everyone's bands have been breaking, but I never broken a fitbit band and I'm pretty tough on these things. I fully expect this band to last me until I decide to buy another one from beating this one up (that's usually a year or so).

Yes, it does ship fast, and it is exactly the same as the one that came with my Fitbit Flex. So much the same, that it broke in the same spot, only faster. I tried to be delicate in putting the Fitbit into position, but either my wrist is shaped odd or I'm doing something wrong. It's still wearable, but it looks shabby. Annoying to find they break so easily -- what a bad design. I'll try to add a picture to the customer pictures.

This replacement band worked just fine, but only after a few wears I noticed the plastic area where the fitbit flex lights display that it was cracked in two . That one did not last long. I still wear it from time to time, but for someone like me who wears her fitbit flex 24 hours a day just about it might not hold up too long.

Took a month to get here...lasted maybe two months. This is slightly smaller size than factory. The stupid thing ripped in half.I will say that the seller issued a refund very fast without proof or so much as a picture, which while nice also makes me skeptical. I give them two stars for the fast refund.I hate that Amazon doesn't tell you where item is located. One star for Amazon on that.One star for Fitbit for a terrible design.

Other than this one not saying "Fitbit" on the band the band seems identical to the original band. Mine was "Sold by: pengaz". Nice to have a clean/new band at a very reasonable price.

Great quality for a step counter, but the area the plastic meets the rubber on the band tears away from each other. Works but will need to be replaced every 6 months if you use it.

Brilliant. This item fits better than my Fitbit strap. It is a secure fit and the clasp stays on well as the Fitbit strap kept loosening but this one stays on. Absolutely a great value for money. Would definitely recommend.

Is different colour than Fitbit brand. Is harder to put on - feels like it is trying to "spring" off. Gapes where the device is inserted. Overall, is not perfect but gets the job done at a decent price
