Cayclay Galaxy Projector, Northern Lights Star Projector Built-in Bluetooth Speaker Night Light and White Noise

The media could not be loaded.  I was originally looking to buy a lava lamp, but somehow I ended up on this product lol. The reviews seemed solid, the product seemed like it would be my type of vibe. So far I’m enjoying it right out of the box. I plugged it up and started using it right away. Eventually I read the mini pamphlet to figure out what everything does on the remote and connected my phone to play music. Everything is very straightforward and easy to use. The lights are very bright and pretty, and the sound from the speaker is good as well. There’s a stand to adjust how the projector sits up. There’s also a timer on here though I haven’t used it yet.The only downfall in my opinion is that the stars aren’t stationary; they turn on and off. Although the duration between them going on and off is sufficient, I wish there was an option for the stars to stay stationary or to toggle them to go on and off. I also wish the star light could change color instead of just being green.Aside from that, I’m pretty happy with this purchase. I think it’s worth the price for a night light/mood setter/speaker all in one. The media could not be loaded.  Living in Alaska, I'm very familiar with the aurora borealis. This is not the same, but very similar! Now I can enjoy the northern lights from the comfort and warmth of inside my home. The lights are so soothing to watch. They really fill a room, too, much like how the real aurora fills the sky.The timer allowed me to fall asleep to the lights last night without worry of wasting electricity on it while I slept, knowing that it would turn off on its own.There are three speeds and you can also just pause it if you'd rather just have the lights sit on your ceiling.There are multiple color modes. I usually put it on the cycle that goes through all the colors. If you want a more realistic experience, you can put it on the green setting with red on the edges.You can also turn off the stars if you want.My only complaints are that you can't go directly to a particular color mode; you have to click through all modes to get to what you want. Also when you turn the projector on, there is a loud voice that announces what mode it's on. It doesn't seem to save a volume that you've put it on previously.All in all, though, I am absolutely in love with this aurora projector!Disclaimer: I have not actually tried the bluetooth feature and probably won't any time soon. I like to either put it on the bluetooth mode and watch the lights in silence or put it on the music mode. The music heard in my video is the music from the projector on music mode. It's a pretty melody and the speaker quality is good.

Very easy to use,has a variety of colors, bright and vibrant. Voice is clear telling you what mode your in. It has Bluetooth you can pair your phone and play music on it while lights are on!

The colors are vivid, speed options are subtle - but some of the color settings have a more noticeable change.It actually gets very bright if you turn it all the way up, and the dimnest setting makes a great nightlight. It covers nearly the entire ceiling of the master bedroom from the far side, and completely covers (plus some wall) if placed in the middle of the room.The speaker is pretty decent quality, but not amazing. It's perfect for meditation or white noise sounds - I usually use the Bluetooth to run nature and stormy sounds.In the video I included 3 demo stages:1. A full rotation through all the color options on medium speed without green laser stars.2. Brightness setting from brightest to dimmest to brightest again.3. Stars alone, showing coverage and the fade in and out option.

My daughter had been hoping to do something more to make her room feel like a" magically whimsical experience". She had loved the star projector that I had gotten her a few years ago, but it was starting to croak, so it was time to start looking for a replacement.She told me how she had wished that the original one could have somehow have done both an aurora borealis and the stars. So, I looked around, and found this lovely CayClay Aurora projector... and a 3-d printed nightlight moon to complete the set. (After all, what parent doesn't want to give their kid "the Moon and Stars", right?)She has been using the new CayClay projector for about a month now and really enjoying all of the color settings and customizations. She also loves the white noise generator, which helps her sleep better at night. She did say that she wished that the birdsong was more randomly generated (and not just a sound loop), but that the hauntingly beautiful melody is so wonderfully relaxing to listen to.I'd have to say this turned out to be a wonderful gift and the perfect addition to her room and our home.
