I choose a diet as good as ketogenic one. I can meal prepping and prepare luscious food using the recipes now. With planning and guidance, anyone can harness the benefits of a ketogenic diet plan. It is important to learn and practice then gradually adopt a pace suitable to lifestyle. This keto meal prep cookbook gave me enough insight to get started with the meal.

The quick and healthy meal is all we long for. There are several ways in which we can incorporate keto plans into our everyday diet, and 30 minutes meal prep recipes are the easiest way out. Entering into the world of ketogenic diet require more of the mental strength than physical. Well written by the Author. I got helps from this keto meal prep guide. Suggested!

Terrible waste of money and printed resources. Cry for the planet in many ways.
Terrible. It’s hard to believe this book ever got published or had an editor. Rather, it appears to have been cut/pasted perhaps from blog(s) without further copy editing for format, font, or logic. It’s possible the cut/paste job wasn’t even discerning enough to ensure the content came from keto blogs. For instance, one of the recipes tells you to pierce and then bake the “potato” - um, hello? This is a KETO cookbook, there is no place for a potato here. Also, randomly instructions would be numbered starting at something like #23 instead of, you know, #1.Although I think this book was less than $6 to buy, I had to return it as I couldn’t stand to think of such a horribly written and edited book taking up space in my house. Just awful.

Use caution Before spending your money on this book.
I cannot believe all the positive reviews this book has. First of all, so many of the ingredients are not keto friendly... barbecue sauce, carrots, quinoa, peas, potatoes... these are all ingredients to avoid. Also, there are so many typos and grammatical errors in this book it is really hard to follow. This book was very quickly and cheaply put together and I would not trust that the recipes are good for your keto lifestyle.

Liked the recipes.*
I always have the intention of eating healthy but to be honest, between work (lawyer) and life, there's often not enough time to do so, or at least that's my excuse. That's where this cookbook comes in. Everyone has 30 minutes (honestly takeout takes longer to be delivered) and these recipes are not only quick, but delicious! Go ahead and buy this cookbook, your body, appetite and health will all thank you.

bookmarked some fascinating recipes
that's a good source for keto newbies, breaking down the fundamentals behind the diet, explaining how it works. in short you'll find everything you need to know about keto.The recipes are great for beginners too. I got fascinated by lasagna stuffed portobello mushrooms .. gotta try making them on saturday. yet I didnt understand that daily menu cuz it was supposed to be meal prep .. preparing meals in advance for a few day ahead. so its more like a 3 month plan instead of 3 weeks.

Uses some Non-Keto approved ingredients, is poorly written with too many grammar errors.
I wouldn't trust this book, there were recipes that called for Non-Keto approved ingredients. Add that to this book being filled with misspellings & grammatical errors, to the point that I found it distracting. The feel of the paper is very similar to the kind used in children's coloring books.

Great book. I really love it. It helps particular with those who work a lot or have long hours. It is nice to do this just once a week or whenever you have the time to do this as it can help you spend more quality time with family. That being said, a great cookbook! Highly recommend this book.
