I bought these to replace my "heat in the microwave" eye mask. It was annoying to have to get up every couple of minutes and reheat them. I felt I wasn't getting the best treatment so I looked for something better and found these. The are great when they work. One issue I feel needs addressing is the indicator light comes on even when they need recharging. It's confusing to see the light is on and assume they're heating then they don't.I had to contact Amazon after the 30 day window, I bought them June 6th and they worked until July 27th. They had been staying warm for shorter and shorter periods requiring recharging everyday. When I expressed my displeasure that the product didn't last even 60 days they offered me a replacement or a refund. I chose a replacement. I really thought they helped when they were working....If the next unit doesn't last longer, I'll just send them back for a refund and look for something else.

I bought these based on the description. It sounded great to have a traveling moist heated eye mask. I need to use moist heat every night and sometimes during the day for a condition with my eyes. The mask does heat up, but there is no moisture. It would need to have barley or rice in it to create the moisture when it is Heating. The mask does fold up but it is still rather clunky 2 put in your purse. I am returning this product and do not recommend if you are in need of moist heat.

I purchased two if these. One for myself and one for husband. They worked ok for the first 30 days then shortly after the return window both stopped working and are completely useless. Zero response from company!

I put this on and fall right to sleep. I wish the charge lasted longer. I get two nights worth out of them and typically set it 2x. The 2nd setting is nice 3rd gets pretty hot.

It was comfortable and light weight. I've only been able to use it a handful of times until it stopped working after I couldn't return it. If it kept working I'd have given it more stars.

This product is awesome. Suffer from dry eye. must use 3 times a day. has three heat setting. autoshut off is great. Best feature is its rechargeable. Would reccomend to anyone needing a heat mask.

I have very dry eyes and this product is very helpful to relieve the discomfort associated with dry eyes. My eyes feel fresh after using the heated mask

I use that mask every night before bed. It helps me relax before sleeping. I like that it have 3 modes of temperature, so you can choose which one you like more.
