I spent about 5 hours watching Youtube videos and reading reviews of truly wireless Bluetooth earphones and decided to get these because most people were raving about the sound, which is the most important thing to me. I had no problem with pairing or the charging box. The problem is what the "Didn't even turn them on ... but back they go" review said, there's no accounting for ears that have nooks and crannies, which I believe most ears have, so getting a seal (tried every eartip) was impossible for me without pushing hard and holding them in, which didn't feel good and I would to be able to use my hands for something other than holding earphones while I'm listening to music. The sound was as advertised when I did this, but as soon as I removed my fingers from pushing them in, the seal failed and the sound was bad. This has nothing to do with the ear tip, the ear tip couldn't reach far enough into the ear canal to stay sealed on its own. Btw, I've had many sets of earbuds over the years, and never had a problem with getting a seal, so I know how to use them.

I was extremely excited when I found this product due to it's smaller than usual form factor and unit not sticking out past your ear. However, since I purchased the product in July '19, I've already once had to contact customer support in the last week of July, with regards to getting a replacement set, due to the earbuds no longer pairing to each other or devices (individually). I was happy the group replaced the faulty pair, initially purchased. The replacement pair worked like a dream for about 3 weeks when one day the left-ear bud stopped charging entirely. Now the replacement set isn't available for return or replacement and im stuck with a broken set of earbuds that only worked for 30-40 days continuously. Not worth it for the money.

I’m happy with the purchase of this EarPods , I used them when I do my bicycle riding or when I’m at home listening to music. First day they arrived the first thing I did was test them to see how long they lasted without charging them after 5 hrs they turn off. So I put them to charge for like 1 1/2 to 2hrs. Than after charging I used them again and lasted for 7 hrs. So for 70 dlls. I’ll say i got what I pay for I’m happy with that. While other brands out there cost twice or triple the money for the same or less hr listening to music.

I absolutely love the fit, feel and sound of these but the right earbud cuts out constantly when i tilt my head. These have the potential to be my favorite ive ever owned if they can fix the connection issues. Better than my jabra elite 65's, powerbeats 3, and Bose sound sports for fit, feel and sound. Just need to fix the connection issues! Might have to send back.

The best earbuds I've ever owned !!!

I've bought many earbuds on Amazon and none have so far compare to these. I was skeptical of the youtube reviews but after having use them for several days now they are spot on. The only caveat is that you have to make sure they fit snuggly or the sound signature will not be optimal.The sound quality is really good for BT but it does degrade as you increase the volume. The treble is highlighted more so and becomes uncomfortable. This should only apply to a small population of users, fortunately. At loud volume, 70-80%, the sound quality is still good.Like some others in the review I rarely use earbuds because none have fit well. Well, these are by far the best and they fit perfectly. I am very happy.Highly recommend them when they are on sale. You can also grab them off ebay for much cheaper.
