Even if you're eating healthy there is no guarantee that your body is getting all the nutrients you need. I'm very firmly in that category - despite consistently eating healthy my GP said I was low on quite a few nutrients, especially calcium. A friend recommended this supplement to me and it's been a great addition to my morning smoothies.

I was told I need more calcium in my diet, but I always found it so hard to take the calcium supplement pills. These easy dissolve packets are so easy to use. I’ve thrown a few in my purse so I can take them wherever I am when I remember! They’re convenient and taste great! I’ve also tried mixing this in smoothies and it just adds a great flavor. Doesn’t leave things chalky and gritty like some other supplements. Cant recommend this enough.

Upset my stomach as well as my sons. I’m not a huge fan of sorbitol, and wondering if that may be the reason since it’s one of the ingredients.

I used this as a calcium supplement and found that I prefer the unflavored packets that can be added to water over this product. While the flavor is adequate, the supplement is very powdery and did not absorb quickly enough for me even though I broke it up into 2 applications. I had a tendency to inhale it to the back of my throat which caused me to choke.

This is a great way to get your Calcium and Vitamin D! It tastes great and you don't have to mix it with liquid. It's a quick dissolve so you just pour it in your mouth and boom! All your Calcium and Vitamin D for the day! Love it!

I have hypoparathyroidism. I have lived in three countries. This product was pointed out to me on facebook as the US equivalent to medicine I used to get in Italy. The flavor is more subtle and it's easier to drink (the Italian one was very fizzy). You probably will need to keep swirling the water around to encourage absorption. However, it's a really good, quick way to get calcium into your system when you need to do it in a hurry.

I was a little scared at first about trying something directly on my tongue. After taking this for the last few days I realize there was nothing to be scared of, the product tasted great! Additionally, I dissolved some of the packets in water, which also had a very nice taste. Quality product!
