Spoon Problem Fix AND Updated Review
Still early days with the product to know if it's working on my dog's mouth. Hopeful based on the reviews. Saw lots of complaints about the spoon handle getting stuck in the jar-it does! Thought I'd chime in with my simple fix: Velcro around the end and a small strip on the lid. Been there a week and not worried about losing it. Now to hope the teeth get cleaner!!!--------------I had to come back and update! First dog pic: 5/18/25, first spoonful over dinner, given daily as directed on bottle. 6/26: Looked at tooth and noticed a brown "wall" pulling back from tooth. Plucked it off. That's a piece of (gag) hard plaque on my finger which revealed a white tooth (last pic) underneath!!! Definitely using from now on.AND the Velcro on lid and spoon hack works great. 🙂 Upgraded to 5 stars!

Good product!
This is great for cleaning our dogs teeth. We just put a scoop in with his food. We used it 2 days in a row and we already have seen results. It helps to take the tartar or gunk that gets on his teeth. For the amount given, I feel like the price great. Color is green and has kind of an herb like smell, not anything too powerful. Excited ti continue to use this to help his teeth!

Works good! Not a substitute for brushing.
This stuff isn't gonna work miracles as a substitute for actually getting your dog to chew their food and use their teeth, but it is a noticeable improvement to their plaque and breath even so. It's an addition to help their teeth, but it's not a substitute, if that makes sense. My dogs hate teeth brushing; I got them older and they hadn't had it before. So I use this, dental chews, and other lick things with fluoride in them to keep their teeth in as good of shape as I can manage. At the end of the day, convincing your pet to slow down and chew their food is the best bet to healthy teeth, and slow feeders are good for that, and dental chews, but I have two labradors, who see food and immediately lose all reason, so other stuff like this tarter stuff is needed. It does help, but it's not going to replace the need for being mindful of your pet's teeth. It does have a strange smell. My dogs don't mind it mixed into their food, but they're labs, and that breed eats anything. A picky eater might be wary.My biggest complaint though, and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5, is the container itself. Its so tall and narrow-- smaller than the photo makes it look-- that it's hard to get the stuff out once you're halfway through the thing. I ended up buying another container to just dump the stuff into, but it sucks to have to do that when I'm already paying 20+ dollars for a pretty small thing.

Really works!
We have been using this on our small dog for about 4 months. The results have been amazing. The plaque and red gums have greatly reduced on his teeth. We will continue to hope to see complete removal of the plaque - but there is huge improvement without brushing or scraping. We only use the tiny amount directed and it has not upset the dog's stomach. He does not appear to notice it in his food. This has been so helpful!

DO NOT BUY! WORST FOR MY DOG!
I purchased this in hopes to freshen my senior dog’s breath and hopefully help loosen the plaque to supplement good oral care. Since the powder was introduced, my dog who enjoyed EVERY MEAL, BEGS FOR ALL SNACKS, WHO LOVES TO PLAY LIKE A PUP is now REFUSING all food and snacks, and he is uninterested in playing with toys. I think this caused teeth sensitivity to the point he stares at his food and refuses to eat it (I put REAL FOOD and FRUITS which ensures a devoured meal in a few minutes). He refuses to eat his beloved jerky snacks. My dog has never shown this in all of his 12 years! He seemed low energy, so I brought out all toys to play with him in case he needs stimulation, and while he seems interested, he mildly bites it and goes to lay down. Nothing else has been introduced, so it has to be this powder. Nothing else has changed. I’m hoping by stopping this, my baby will return to his puppy self.I understand the no return policy as it’s opened, but that sucks that this supposed item that was to improve dental health and breath did absolutely nothing but hurt my baby.DO NOT BUY! I should’ve read more reviews than just the recent “positive” ones. Worst thing to give my baby in 12 years.

We are giving it a try
I am using it for my Lab, I am not having the results i wished for, however it doesn't hurt either. I am also brushing her teeth. I started late.. she is 13.. so, thats on me.. she does not mind the taste, of course she will eat anything.. we are on our 2 Month

Seems pretty good
I've been using it on one dog and not on the other. Her teeth still look great. She did have them professionally cleaned and they still look terrific. The other dog's a jerk so I can't check his. I'll give this powder the benefit of the doubt.

A+ dental check ups!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I’ve been using this product since my puppies were small. Their check ups are always positive. The vet is always very pleased with their teeth. It’s really the only gauge I have that it’s working.
