I love smoking meat dishes and I want to learn some recipes on this topic. And this book was recommended by my colleague. Inside of this book I have found dozens of delicious smoked meat recipes. This book is thorough and takes a beginner like myself and explains the process step by step. All information is described in the simple language. The instructions are very detailed, clear, easy to follow and helpful. I have already tried some recipes of this cookbook and all dishes were really delicious. I liked this book and I'm glad to have it in my library. In my opinion, this is "must have" book for those who are connoisseurs of smoked food. I highly recommend this book.

Not All Recipes Include Smoking Temperatures
If I were to write a book on roasting or baking and was remiss to include the oven temperature, the book would be a waste of time to the user. In that sense we have the same issue here. While there are good recipes and directions, most of the recipes do not include a temperature at which to smoke. The author relies on internal temperature of the product. That's all well and good but how one gets to that point is as important as reaching that temperature.
