Fun exercise
This boxing ball is alot of fun. I love it! It's a good work out!

Flimsy Strings
The head band itself was fine and the three sets of balls were in order but the strings were very flimsy and poorly designed. They snapped in the very beginning of the workout. I had them set at a decent length to give them a little give but they ended up breaking all the same. I would strongly caution people about this product.
