The Owl itself is soft and feels of great quality, the stuffing fluffs right back up even ...
First Owl arrived with scratched eyes and took 5 days to ship... I contacted the company directly though the company phone (about 3 times). Finally I emailed the owner through Amazon and he got right back to me and sent out a new one that day.The Owl itself is soft and feels of great quality, the stuffing fluffs right back up even after my girlfriend sleeps on top of it like a pillow. The stuffed animal arrived on time. The only downside ...
The stuffed animal arrived on time. The only downside is that tape was put on the eyes (I presume to avoid scratching of the plastic). When I try to peel the tape off it is all stuck on the eye. I think I will try goo-gone to get it off, or rubbing alcohol......
