Bought two of them for keys and bag. After installing the app and connecting the tracker as instructed, the alarm of one of the tracker was not audible. Returned and exchanged it. Received the replacement in two days and works perfectly. I like separation function, it reminds you if you left your phone behind. Must important for me was the replacement battery option.

I have had this item since mid September. First one I got would barely make a sound and Amazon replaced it. No problem.After a few months use I noticed I was having some kind of problem and finally caught a error message to replace the battery. I did replace the battery but I cannot keep the Nut connected to my phone.I am constantly having to push the button on the Nut to get it to reconnect to my cellphone via Bluetooth. As long as the phone and Nut are laying side by side there isn't a problem but I have noticed that it seems like half the signal strength drops for a few seconds and then comes back. But if I put the Nut in my pants pocket which is normal since this is where I keep my keys I lose my Bluetooth connection. Since the phone will not reconnect I have to manually push the button for my Nut and phone to bind.I liked the product at first but I cannot recommend this product to anyone now.

If you are looking for the best smart key finder on the market, this is it!!!! I bought this key finder to help my wife keep track of her keys and it works flawlessly!! The ability to change the battery and bidirectionally locate your phone or finder are features that make this key finder much better than the Tile finder. I plan to purchase more for my truck keys and other items that tend to get lost in our home.

I got this so I can find my keys when I occasionally misplace them - and I didn't even realize that I can also use it to find my phone when it's in range. Super!Hard to actually judge it until I DO misplace my keys (or phone), but the setup was super easy & the test worked great. Battery life is supposed to be about 8 months which seems reasonable if that pans out, and the packaging was slick too.I think this would make a really great gift!

Works for a few months then glitches out. Battery indicator constantly says its 100 percent obviously not accurate. doesnt track previous locations. I could (before it was lost) sit 5' away and would have to reset the app half a dozen times to get it to register. this thing is a waste of money and a joke. dont get a false sense of security with this POS it WILL fail leaving you high and dry.

I just received my Nutale yesterday and I’m already ordering more for my wife and daughter! The feature set is unmatched and it works amazingly well! I’ll never leave my keys or my phone behind again! Can’t wait to attach one to my daughter’s school backpack!!!

Set it up to not alarm when connected to home wifi. It would go off everyday anyway and cause my dogs to crazy due to the tone.Changed it so that it would not alarm at night so at least I could get sleep. It would still go off in the middle of the night.It would be nice if it functioned as designed.

I primarily got this tag to ping my phone. I often misplace my phone and since it’s usually on silent, it is very difficult to find. I was really hoping this could be the solution. Unfortunately it isn’t. As with most of these trackers, they’re connected by Bluetooth and the connection often becomes lost, usually just when I can’t find my phone. So it offers little to no help to actually locating my phone in times of need.
