Great Value, Works as advertised, but...
I'm using this unit to wirelessly turn on and off a 3.7v lithium Ion battery. When I bought the unit, I realized I was pushing the envelope with a voltage near the advertised lower limit of 3.5v.I hooked up a battery charged to 3.85v. The unit appeared to work. When I pressed the wireless remote a blue light blinked on the unit, meaning it was getting power and responding to the remote. However, no power was coming out the output leads.I've contacted the seller, but in the mean time I tried a different battery that was fully charged to 4.25v. At this voltage, the unit works! The remote was not only recognized, but 4.25v of power was transferred out to the output leads.UPDATE: The seller got back to me within a day. He took the time to hook up a 3.75v battery and sent me a pic of a unit working at 3.75v. I'm certain my issues have something to do with either my batteries, or my connection set-up. I would not hesitate to purchase this unit again.I bought 2 units, and they both work the exact same say. No power transfer @ 3.85v, but the transfer works @ 4.25v.I'm going to experiment a bit, but my hypothesis is that the unit only requires 3.5v or more in order to recognize the remote signal, but requires >4v to activate the power transfer mechanism. This may, or may not be the actual reason, but it matches my experience with the unit. I'll post an updated review when I hear back from the seller. For now I can live with the requirement of > 4v.I've been working with miniaturized electronic components for decades, and I must say I am extremely impressed with this unit. A wireless switch that includes a remote transmitter, the remote battery, and a wireless receiver in a truly mini-sized footprint - all for $11.99. Delivered to my door the next day.And, it has two extra special benefits: 1) It actually works, and 2) the price included shipping!

As long as you want latching mode or are comfortable with soldering SMD it's great.

Money wasted cannot change settings. Product is as advertised, packaged well, prompt delivery
