These are the best value for the money of all I have tried. It takes a day to get used to them, but then they really help. I have moist feet, so I need to wear different shoes each day to let the others dry. At this cost I can have several pairs of arch supports so I have them in all my shoes.

Runs big
It doesn’t fit my shoe, it’s so big... I had to cut it so much that it lost it’s shape (hope I didn’t cut important parts for keeping it’s functionality)

Good support. I did not give 4 stars because I have a very high arch. Product is not as high as I would like, but the best I have found .

Measured and ordered size as instructed and didn’t fit well or feel right. Too small overall. Not good for wider feet

These are great insoles with strong arch support. My daughter runs cross country in high school and they have helped a lot. Will order more!

Need to have shoes a full size bigger for comfortable fit.
Too rigid makes shoes too tight.
