Transonic PRO Electronic Pest Repeller

I have this unit in a rental I manage and am still having a issue with critters. Advised owners this isn't working. Waste of time and money.

We have had this product for quite a while now and it keeps mice and bugs away from the noise box about 5 ft but the rest of our garage is still crawling with mice and bugs

The mice actually stopped in front of the unit and sat there. like it was a new toy

Have had 2 of these, both failed within a month...

We use it on an ag farm (rice) in two large shops and some smaller storage ones. Use 3 in each large building, one in the small ones. Have about 7 or 8 going at any time. Used to have a very bad bat, rat and bird problem. We set it on loudest setting and it got rid of them! Nothing else has worked. I can understand why it works as the noise will get rid of you too! Since the buildings are not normally ocupied, we leave them on the loud seting 24/7 and unplug when we need to work in there. It is pretty much impossible to be in there for too long (10-15 min) before it'll drive you nuts! Just to run in and rummage for something for a while is ok, but wouldnt want to be in too long.They seem to work ok for vermin. Not so much for spiders and yellowjackets/wasps (no murder hornets yet!) but really didnt expect it to even tho it's on the label/box! Our big thing was the bats and rats/mice and for that it does work well.Quality of the units is kinda sporatic! I've had these Bird-X units for 10+ years. Some have worked for only a couple of days, a few weeks/months and 3 or 4 that have run virtually continuously for the full 7-8 years or so! In addition to the ones in use, I have a couple spare backups since I dont want to be without too long. One of those was DOA. They seem to be getting harder to find lately.Overall, I'm satisfied with the product but would hope the unit would be more consistant with longevity.

works great but is terribly noisy and disruptive to everyone. Loud but effective. If everyone had these and turned them on at the same time it would be horrible. Used it and it worked. Turned it off after a while due to its discordant effects on my dog and husband. If absolutely nothing else works try this sparingly and use with care. I bought mine at ACE Hardware for $35.99. Much cheaper. Use Care

Skunks moved in under our guest house, loud noises, building vibration, etc. didn't work. Then friends loaned us this handy contraption that had worked for them. Within 2 days the skunks were gone! We have 2 cats and 2 dogs, and it didn't seem to bother them.
