I received this item today and the packaging was perfectly sized. It was brought to my garage for me. (: Sure, there is a small ding in it (You get what you get when you order and have someone bring it to you instead of you going and bringing it home yourselves) but it is perfect. Kind of small, but it's worth the price. I will probably buy from this seller again if I need anything else.

I should have paid more attention to other reviews before buying. LIke other reviews, mine came dented, and the front bottom panel was so cheaply made it will not stay in position. I was ok with this as long as it did the job. The real problem is that when I rolled this on an uneven floor, the thin metal used to hold the caster in place on the bottom bent. The wheel fell out. The cart tipped over. And because the metal that holds that caster is so lightweight, i can't get it to stay in the original position again. So now i have a 3 legged cart. Fortunately i had a wood dolly, so my tool chest rides on my dolly. Beware. I will go craftsman next time.

As everyone says , this is not a heavy duty tool chest , but it is fine for a good storage for homeowner use . I received mine in good shape , no dents , nothing wrong , was shipped fedex . I am very pleased with amazon.com . And pleased with my purchase .

It is what I expected. It is made of lighter weight steel. It is not a Craftsman or Snap-On. I needed something for my home garage to organize my tools. This fits my needs. I originally went to Sears to buy a Craftsman on sell but they did not have one. I drove 35 Miles for nothing. When I got home I found this one which included free shipping so I took a chance. I recieved it in two days undamged. Not recommended for heavy use but good for weekend mechanics.

Your buying a cheap tool box. It is what it is, but, that is not to say, it is what it is. Its a tool box. Drawers work, easy assembly, has keys. Rubber mats were included for drawers. Take the top box off, and you've got a roll bench. Wheels "so-so". Its smaller then picture suggests. But for the money, it has it's place. Will keep tools sorted, 5 drawers, big open bottom bay. If you were a professional, this is not the box for you. If your the "I've got some tools, but this is.....". it works, and really well. For the weekender, this is great box. Change your oil, drain the boat, put spark plugs in the mower, this box will hold than and more. Good bang for the buck. If you want a nice one, pay more. If your into, every once and a while, good choice.

Like the others, there were dents all over, even though the box looked in good shape. It was just packaged with dents! I had looked at Sears, and home depot for similar carts and the quality I saw didn't justify the price. After reading the reviews here I expected more. I didn't get it!The drawers do work fairly well, and after a few drops of 3&1 oil, even better. But the Hinges of the Chest lid are so stiff (and cheap) that you have to hold the chest while opening. AND, there isn't any place to grab the lid to open it. Have to grab both sides of it!All in all, you get what you pay for I guess. It will serve it's purpose which was to just orginize what tools I keep in the basement and not have to run out to the garage.

I bought it for my husband and he was pleased with the item! The shipping was super fast even though was not on the US (Puerto Rico).
