Ordered the 7 inch version and it didn’t look anything like the product images. Did not fit my jeep. Immediately sent it back. It’s listed as a jeep JK model but maybe it’s wrong and it’s the 5 inch.

The unit is a direct plug and play for my 2012 ram 1500. It was easy to install and has great sound quality. It looks like a factory fit and even shows door warnings and the system voltage of my truck. I have invested in a hotspot for my truck so that the radio stays connected to WiFi all the time. That’s the good. Now for the bad. It takes FOREVER to start up every time you shut the truck off. It is constantly updating the google play store. There seems to be no way to align the touch screen which when typing you have to be a little high to the left of what your actually tryning to touch. Google maps is constantly crashing. I’m still on the fence if these annoying characteristics are enough to replace with a different unit.

Easy install on 2011 Jeep Wrangler. Well labeled wires and diagram so you know what you're plugging in. Touch response and sound quality are great. Instructions for installing radio could have been better for they were only for a Jeep Patriot but still easy enough to figure out. Plenty of options and apps to use

reduced to 1 star after not hearing from the seller in a week...i guess I get what I paid for.3 stars for now until I can figure out how to get the steering wheel controls to work. Mine do not work on a 2013 Jeep Wrangler. Everything else does. Canbus works with vehicle lighting so I know the connection is accessible.

First off the unit çomes with everything you need to install this in your Jeep or compatible chrysler product. The unit that l ordered came with the correct Can Bus for my Jeep and all steering wheel controls worked perfectly with no adjustment necessary.The unit sounds great and the display is crystal clear. BT connects to the phone automatically, I also have an obd2 connected for a torque program.

I'm super impressed. I installed this on my wife's 2011 jk. she had basic CD player with nothing special. I also purchased a 20$ amazon camera to run with it. The units instructions are minimal but once I looked at the adapters and wires, they only hook up one way. All factory controls work as they should. It even has a display of which door is open on the jeep. I connected to my home wifi and logged into my google account. My spotify synced with all me downloaded playlist which play in offline mode. Back up camera was pretty easy as well. I connected to a video in port into the back of the unit. Ran the wire down the passenger side and connected to the reverse light at the passenger side tail lamp. Then mounted in above the hitch. Looks good and works perfect. All in all I'm really impressed. I was worried about people saying it took a while to load. From crank to load is a out 15 seconds. Reverse camera is instant. Great bang for buck.
