We use this frequently for whipping eggs for french toast. It works so much better at incorporating egg whites and cinnamon into batter than hand whisk and the tines are so much stronger. Also use it for making gravy. I like how it quickly mixes the corn starch into the liquid before it has a chance to clump. It is great for frothing milk and evenly mixing cream into coffee. Just throw into top rack of dishwasher to clean. The box says lifetime warranty so manufacturer will replace it if it breaks.
