This is probably the most convenient sleep aid I’ve taken. I struggle with falling and staying asleep and I’ve tried everything. Melatonin pills, Tylenol, NyQuil, essential oils. You name it, I’ve tried it. Everything else has either not worked or left me incredibly groggy in the morning. So when a friend recommended I try this I was a bit skeptical. I’ve used it for a week now and I’ve been sleeping great. The powder is easy to use. You just dump a packet in your mouth and you’re good to go. The blueberry flavor is great too. Tastes like candy! I get tired quickly and fall asleep as soon as my head hits the pillow. In the morning I haven’t felt groggy or like I need to hit the snooze button 5 times. This stuff works.

Love these little powder strips. They are convenient and actually seem to be helping with my terrible Insomnia, though it does need a little time to take effect in my body. On a glass of water the powder becomes tasteless and almost colorless. Ingested directly from the plastic strip it has a stronger flavor. I find it ok, in terms of flavor. it doesn't leave too strong an after taste either. The tiny packets come in a pretty nice, heavy plastic zip-lock pouch that feels durable and reusable after you go through all the packets. This is much better in comparison to having boxes with drink bottles in the pantry or a fridge half full of bottles. With these powdered sleep aid I hace a choice on how to consume it.

I have had major sleep problems for years with testing never finding the reason why. I hate the way Rx sleep meds make me feel so I've never stayed on them for long. I have tried EVERYTHING. I am so, so happy I found this. It puts me to sleep in half the time. It dissolves quickly on my tongue and tastes great! But even if it didn't taste great, I would still choke it down because it works so well. There aren't any negative after effects and I'm telling all my friends I know who struggle with sleep all about it. The fact that it is not full of sugar is also important to me, but again, it works SO well...it gets me to SLEEP!! That's really the most important thing to me. I joke that me being able to fall asleep at night is a "27 step process" and now that process is significantly shorter, and that is thanks to this product!!

I love this sleep product. It's incredibly easy to tear the top from the packaging (no scissors needed). The flavor and texture are both good too. It's a highly granulated type texture. I don't get massively sleepy but I do feel as though I do spend more hours sleeping when I take this before bed. (In full disclosure I do have a medical sleep disorder so YMMV)

I'm ratng this product three stars since I've only used it a few times and I believe that I need to have a whole month's worth of tries before I am able to evaluate whether or not it's actually helping me to sleep. I used it last night and I will say that placing the granules on my tongue worked out fine it tasted good enough and I did have a fairly .good sleep last night.

Getting to sleep and staying asleep has been a bit issue for me for most of my life. I've tried everything - melatonin which leaves me feeling groggy, breathing/meditation apps, sound machines, etc. A friend recommended this FitFormula sleep aide to me and it's been effective so far. Helps make sure I go to and stay asleep and I wake up feeling like I got a decent night of sleep.
