Quality workout journal
Very nice hardcover workout journal that already has a 12 week plan laid out. There are 60 days of workout plans inside which if you want to get them done in 12 weeks would be 5 times a week. It has tips and directions to perform the lifts required if you are unsure how to perform some of the lifts. I am an intermediate skill level lifter so most I was already using but a few I've never performed before. The only thing the book is missing that I really wish it had was some kind of pen holder. A little elastic band to hold the pen would have been sweet.

Game Changer
I love my Journal! I got a gym membership about three months ago and really did not feel comfortable using the gym equipment because I did not have a routine or knowledge of things. With the journal, I was able to consistently go to the gym and actually know what I was doing. I love that I can track my progress with the journal and the examples it provides in the back. I have lost body fat and have gained muscle. It is nice to feel confident when going to the gym and being able to do my job better. I work as a nurse and I have to do a lot of heavy lifting and being able to do the heavy lifting with ease is life changing. This may not work for everyone, but it really worked well for me. The only thing that I wish it had was being spiraled on the side so the book will stay open during workouts and a place to hold my pen. All in all a great product and I look forward to using the other journals they have to offer.

Awesome Workout Journal for Planning and Accountability
Pros: Workouts are straight forward and easy to follow. Great motivating tips and reference pages for how to do the exercises, if needed.Cons: Journal is heavy due to the hardbound cover. No pen/pencil holder. Cumbersome.This journal would be perfect if it were spiral bound and had a place to hold the pen/pencil. For ease of use, I bend the journal back to the page I need to write in vs. opening and closing it every time I'm done with a workout set. So having a spiral bound journal would be easier to use and there would be a place for the writing utensil.The workouts are in order of each muscle part to be worked on for a given day. I often have to scan thru the workouts so I am not bouncing back and forth thru the gym from free weights to machine as there have been several times where the free weight bench or machine is now not available for when i've moved onto the next muscle group.Otherwise, this journal provides me with a plan of workouts when I'm in the gym and it keeps me accountable.

Excellent gym journal
Very impressed with this journal. Not only does it motivate you but it provides excellent instructions and planning. This journal is also filled with pictures to show you the exercise and gives the option of alternative exercise. It provides you with a section to write down your reps and weight for each set. It also contains a workout index which explains each exercise. I highly recommend this journal.

Love This Journal!!
I used to be more into lifting years ago- but like many folks, I got busy with work and life...and got lazy! I wanted to get back into it, but there is just so much information available now, it is hard to put together a program that hits all the major muscle groups but at the same time keeps it interesting. The folks at Habit Nest have really done a great job with this journal! I enjoy each of my workouts because they are all scripted out for you- with drawings and explanations. All you have to do is fill in the reps and weights. There is even space for a 4th set if you want to challenge yourself more. There is introductory information on avoiding injury, proper form, and nutrition as well. It gives a great sense of completion once you get the workout done to see the page filled in completely. You get a lot for the price. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get into lifting. Smart, no nonsense program for a beginner to intermediate lifter. I plan on getting the supplemental journals I have seen on the website once I am done with this one.

Easy to Follow - Solid Workouts - Perfect for a busy life and schedule!
I began my search for a workout journal / logbook with the intentions of finding something that was easy to follow and already planned out the workouts for me. As a person with mild anxiety from time to time, I found myself psyching myself out from going to the gym regularly if I felt overwhelmed and had no plan in place for what I would accomplish that day. Ive attempted to lookup excercises and videos showing proper technique and have been mildly successful in planning ahead. Over time, I realized it would just make my life so much easier if I could just find a full on workout journal with planned out excercises / tracking / tips_hints_etc. This journal is it!! Simple...easy to follow...workouts take 45min to 1hour and push you to better yourself. I wake up each morning, knowing all I need to do is get to the gym. I can flip to page I am on and jump right in without trying to recall which muscle groups I am working that day or what excercises/weights I should be completing. If planning a day to day workout is just one more thing on your plate and preventing you from getting into a routine, then this journal is for you!

Great Fitness Journal
I'm on my second week of workouts and I am loving this journal, it takes the guess work out of what to do. Everything is detailed and explained with lots of room to write reps and weight beside each exercise.LOVE this journal.

Finally a morning and evening journal 📓 that works!!
I look forward my routines because everyday l get a new prompt/motivation/and explanation based on science how this work!! I am huge believer in the power of habits, but when we (humans) over complicate the process chances are it won’t happen. The Morning Sidekick is simple, motivated and becoming aware of many of my patterns! Highly recommend!
