These socks are nice for relaxing after wearing heels or other tight shoes all day. I can't speak to whether they have actual therapeutic benefit or not, but they feel good!The socks themselves: The "dividers" on the socks are a soft, terry-like fabric, which does keep the toes separated, but doesn't stretch them as much as "gel" or plastic toe stretchers. The main part of the socks is constructed of fabric over some sort of elastic- they fit snugly, and stripes of the white elastic-like material may show while you wear them (so they aren't the most aesthetically pleasing, but then again, mine are hot pink).The effect/Advantages: Toes feel nice after wearing them; they do keep the feet warm as well. They seem pretty well constructed, too.Disadvantages: Not the most aesthetically pleasing things in the universe, though you could do worse. Note also that these are probably not suitable for use as pedicure separators- if your toes are longer, you might be able to get at the nails, but removing the snug socks would probably mess up the polish.

Fits my size 10 foot well. I think it's good for a toe separating newbie. Agree that the loops don't separate your toes a lot, but it's enough. I think more than that would cause a novice a lot of foot pain and cramping. Holding up well so far/ gone through wash/dry looking pretty good

I love this product! It makes my feet feel so great after a long day in painful shoes. I have plantar fasciitis and it has helped considerably. I even wear them to bed and it helps keep my feet from cramping in the night.

Doesn't work quite as well as Yoga Toes...but easier to wear, especially around the house with slippers, or curled up in bed.

Good socks. Fits as expected.

These don't align my toes well - toe socks work better (Correct Toes even better than that). Plus they are uncomfortable to walk in. I would return them, but they were so inexpensive that it's not worth the bother and postage.One star because the quality is good.

These are great around the house

At this point with the pain I'm constantly in from Plantar Faciitis, and "Fat Pad Syndrome", I am willing to try anything.....including these socks! They really do help alleviate some of the discomfort I'm in at night! At the end of my day when I'm still suffering from some swelling, and minimal pain, these are great for when I'm just sitting! I've slept with them on as well, and they do help with the intense pain from the first step in the morning!

Good quality, great fit, feel nice on, and held up after washing. I bought them for bunion relief, but they are great for pedicures too... to give your toenails a chance to dry after polishing. Planning to buy a few more pairs to give as holiday gifts!
