Eedor Womens Winter Knitting Warm Wool Crew Socks

I would give these socks six stars if I could. They are comfortable, the wool is not scratchy and the colors are lovely. I waited to review these until I washed them and they passed the washer-dryer test completely (no sagging, no loss of softness). These are excellent socks and well worth the price.

So I purchased these to wear under ankle boots, first you have to fold them so they do not show. And after one use, the material is flat. True wool socks absorb and release sweat however these remain moist like a cotton sock. The knit is loose so they do not keep you typically warm while outside like most wool socks do.. I highly suggest the wool socks Costco puts out new designs every season, they are fantastic these are not.

Purchased for a trip back east immediately after the "bomb cyclone" in 2018. These are very attractive, but they're a bit of a loose weave so they're not a snug as I would have liked. I wore a pair on the plane, and by the time I got to my rental car, my heels were a bit sore from the open weave rubbing. Not buying more sadly as they appear quite nice.

Colors are fabulous! As far as warmth, they offer none. I wear these socks with my regular boots but fail to give me the warmth I need. In order them because I thought they would keep my feet warm during the winter season in California. Now, it doesn't get that cold. The weather here dropped only to 30 F., so I wasn't looking for the sherpa looking socks but I wanted something that would keep my feet warm while wearing my rainboots. In addition, when I first received these socks, the smell of petroleum was intense! I had to wash them twice before I wore them. I should have returned them to begin with but I thought to give it a try since the description said that they will keep my feet warm during the winter. Well, if you live on the East Coast try a different product. I'm not sure why the reviewers say its warm or they keep the feet warm - they don't keep my feet warm at all. I gave it one star just for the colors.

This is a pretty warm sock. I took it to the Northern California coast during Xmas and it kept my feet warm. One thing to note is that it stretches out and loosens throughout the day. It's not a tight fitting sock. Probably not a problem if you are only wearing it around the house, but if you're taking shoes on and off or expecting a snug sock, this isn't it. Much better for that purpose is SOLAX 72% Merino Wool Women's Hiking Socks Mens Outdoor Trail.

Warm and cozy and look great with leggings. If you see a thread at the toe don't pull or trim it. I did and it created a tiny hole that I knew would become a giant hole after wearing it so I got my needle and thread out and quickly fixed it. But otherwise I really love the socks.

I think these socks are exactly what I was looking for! They seem to run a little small but not enough to make a difference on my foot (size 8 1/2). They seem more to me like a true wool sock. Definitely not big & bulky. Looking forward to see how they are for warmth once it gets cooler. I may have to order some more.

very cozy socks! I got these for both lazing around the house and for hiking and they're perfect for both. While they are just a teeny bit big on my feet, I have very narrow size 7.5 feet so I am biased. They're great for keeping the toes warm in a fashionable or a practical way! I'm actually wearing them as I write this!
