Good
I been using this book for one of my graduate classes, I like how the material is written, it makes it easier to understand, although sometimes it gets really complicated, so I recommend buying a telecom dictionary or google some of the phrases to really understand some of the definitions otherwise it is really good.

Was very pleased with condition and timeliness of shipping. I would definitely order this again or other products, this will be my first alternative

Good writers, and a pretty good book. Worth reading.
I liked the vast majority of the book. The opening is disappointing, and here's why: the story about security and the device in the ceiling. The FBI should have been the first on the scene. Otherwise, a good book.

Good condition book
I did not get to really use the book much in class but it was easy to follow and the conniption of the book was great

Needs deeper explanations for a textbook
I had to purchase this book for a class on business networks. The book does a horrible job of explaining the content, and it is almost universal in my class that students feel that way. There are two that feel it is fine, but they already work in the networking field and are just formalizing some education. This is not to say it has worthless content, it just doesn't fully develop or explain a fair amount of the content, it stays very cursory. That it has these types of issues and is in it's 9th edition speaks volumes about the college book market. The book cost $130 and should really sell for no more than $15.
