Very good product. It seems to be a good value because maple sugar isn’t easy to get. I was able to substitute this for regular sugar in my recipes and I know it’s a heavier choice.

Wonderful for baking, morning oatmeal, sprinkled over berries!

Great quality maple sugar. Exactly what I was looking for. Since trying to refrain from refined sugar a number of the recipes I use call for maple sugar and this one works great!

I have bought other brand on Amazon, local stores aren’t carrying maple sugar ( or wild rice either) & local farms won’t have it until the next maple sugaring season. I notice older reviews with photos complained about the package, my package looks different ( heavy plastic) but the top zip opening looked iffy, so I cut the top to put the sugar in a glass storage jar. It was sinfully packed some of it spilled out. My bad. And I missed that the description stated ‘powdered granulated’. It is not gritty like others I have purchased, which were granulated & stuck together in small gobs like concrete. Flavor is maple-y but rather mild but not much different from others I have purchased. For deeper flavor I’ll search out a dark liquid maple syrup. But this is acceptable.

The texture of this delicious maple sugar is great.

Previously, I'd ordered maple sugar from Quebec, Canada. That one had no flavor to it. I'll be using Vermont maple sugar from now on.

I have a tablespoon of this with plain grassfed whey protien every morning for breakfast. it tastes great! I also add this to fruit smoothies as a sweetner for my kids and they love it
