Perfect for my needs.
I have an odd sized duct and couldn't find anything else this size. Took a little doing as there are no mounting flanges but I was able to get it installed fine. The Filterbuy 14x20x4 Air Filter MERV 11 fits perfectly in this housing.

Holds my filter for my Big Air Drop!
I was watching the video series for how to install a mini-split heatpump with an air handler by the House Whisperer. He suggested to ensure there isn't a significant pressure drop across the return air duct to improve the life of the air handler fan by making the return drop large. In my case a 16X20 drop was what i needed and this filter housing was perfect. Quick shipping. There was some confusion on my part for how to attach it to the duct work but I assume if you are used to sheetmetal work it shouldn't be an issue.

Overpriced for lack of quality
Like, the filter door is easy to remove and filter fitment good. Dislike too light of sheetmetal guage, no foldable or extended flanges to mount. Very hard to pull filter, recommended to put packing tape on filter to allow easy removal of filter. Sheetmetal as sharp as a razor blade. Licensed HVAC contractor here.

Excellent rack to upgrade AC filter system.
Converted my AC filter system from a 2" filter to a 4" filtration with this rack, worked perfectly. I attached it to the bottom of the AC evaporator unit, sealed it and installed a 4" MERV 13 filter. This reduced the delta across the evaporator and increased the filter surface area. This modification made the return run quiet, improved the filtration and should make the unit run smoother for years to come. I highly recommend this type of rack. It is easy to install and easily accepted the 4" filter.

Difficult filter change.
Installed ok but very tight fit for the filter. Almost impossible to remove the old filter without destroying it. Needs the front two pieces manufactured tubular so filter can slide in and out.

you got to be kidding
20x25 x4 exactly ,filter didn't go all the way in tried to pull it back out, would not pull out destroyed a 20 dollar filter, make sure to ask them to make it an 1/8 of an inch bigger so filter fits

not working well because too soft too hold wiegth so i modify it make it stronger
