I have had problems with my eyes for a long time and find these gel mask to be very helpful. Somehow, there seems to be less gel and my old ones so I needed some new ones but I could not find them locally not even at Walmart or my local drug stores. So glad i found this one on Amazon.When I first received this eye mask, my first thought was that it seemed very thin and cheap until i put it on on and realized it was so comfortable and soft. The plastic is very different from my old ones and it may not last as long but it is still worth it. The hard platic ones are not pliable enough to really fit around the eyes.There is more gel and the eye hole size is perfect.I also received an email from the company asking if I am happy with my purchase. I don't often reply to these emails but I do appreciate receiving them.I am certain I will be ordering another one of these eye mask.

Good product maybe better in the fridge or freeze no longer than directed 30 mins. I left it in the freezer for hours and it got too frozen I couldnt put it on because being so frozen it made the shape unable to mold to my face but once I left it defrost for a bit it was perfect and comfortable I wore it around the house until it got warm and it did help the puffiness and I like that its easy to clean soap and warm water or just wipe.

Don’t freeze, it gets way too cold. It’s fine in the fridge. It fits the eye area very well, gets that bottom part under your eye that sometimes becomes poofy. I also wrap it around my forehead if I’m having a headache.

Great product. And fantastic customer service.Very caring in making sure you received your package or not.Ultimately the face mask helps me in the mornings when my eyes are a little puffy, I find myself wearing this for fifteen minutes a day while I do my stomach crunches.

I really like this mask I use it every morning before putting on my make up and after I moisturize my face. It does reduce the puffiness around my eyes and feels very refreshing. The only thing is it doesn't stay cold for more than 30 min at a time but 30 min. Is all you need

So I was pretty excited to use this in the morning to help wake up and reduce any puffy/sleepy eye look I have in the mornings. But after I used it I forgot to put it back in to stay cold. Lucky for me I forgot since when I got home, I saw it had leaked out everywhere. I don’t know if it was from the change of temperature or what. But if this leaked on my face I’m pretty sure that would not be healthy. I guess you get what you pay for. The price point is what drew me in...

These are way too stiff when frozen, and they drip as they thaw. Not cold enough in the refrigerator, too hard to use it if the freezer and not comfortable to wear. The only good thing is that so far they haven't leaked like every one I have ever had with gel beads.
