Q: Do you think this would improve my cystic acne, or make it flare up worse?

It could be helpful as it will calm your skin down from over producing oils. I would be sure and use a green tea toner to sooth your skin and help it to heal. You can use just plain green tea if you wish. Try it !!!

Q: Can I use it together with my regular face cream?

Yes, you can. Put Palmer’s Oil on clean skin, then put your regular face cream on over it.

Q: What's the percentage of retinol in this?

Very little, it doesn't irritate, I use it every day and night.

Q: Is this product good for oily skin?

I really don't know. I used to have oily skin and I might have avoided using it because of that, but now that I'm "older" my skin is now more "normal". But it does NOT make my "normal" skin oily when I use it and it does help when I apply my facial lotion...applies smoother. Hope this helps.
