Review: A Fantastic Solution for Home Office Back Pain! - As someone who spends long hours at a desk and has been struggling with a bad back, I decided it was time to invest in a standing desk solution. After some research, I opted for the VIVO 107 cm Desk Converter, and I am absolutely delighted with my purchase. I'm giving it a full 5 stars! From the moment it arrived, I was impressed. The setup was incredibly straightforward. I was a bit worried I'd be spending my afternoon with complicated instructions and a bag full of screws, but it was practically ready to use straight out of the box. All I had to do was attach the keyboard tray, which took less than 10 minutes. The main reason for buying this was to have the flexibility to switch between sitting and standing, and I'm hoping this will make a real difference to my back pain. The mechanism for raising and lowering the desk is brilliant. It's assisted by gas springs, so it requires very little effort to lift, even with my large monitor, laptop, speakers, and other bits and pieces on it. A simple squeeze of the handle on the side, and it glides up or down to the desired height smoothly and quietly. The build quality feels really solid and stable, both in the sitting and standing positions. There's no wobble, which was a key concern for me. The surface area is generous; as you can see from my pictures, it easily accommodates my widescreen monitor and laptop, with plenty of space left over. The separate keyboard and mouse tray is also a great feature, as it keeps my typing posture comfortable and ergonomic. Overall, I can't recommend this desk converter enough. It's a high-quality, well-designed, and easy-to-use piece of kit that has transformed my workspace. If you're looking for an affordable and effective way to create a sit-stand setup, look no further.
Review: Excellent quality, fits a large screen - Best purchase I've made on desertcart. I've been wanting a standing desk for a while and this really does the job well. I have a large screen (32") as I am a photo and video editor, and this is a great size to hold it. It lifts up quite tall too. I'm 5ft1 so I don't need it mega high, but my partner is 6ft and even he can use it comfortably and at the right height. Easy to set up, easy to use and great quality. Just what I needed.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can you attach 3 monitors via a single monitor mount? Also, if it's possible for this would it be able to hold the laptop as well?**
A: I am not sure about 3 monitors but guess 2 and a laptop would be OK with hardly any space to do something. Also, I returned this product as it is not best / safe to change heights with stuff on it.

**Q: Very confused! How does this and the cheaper ones compare to the market leader yoyo desk as that is more than twice the price??!**
A: I think the simple answer is that the YoYo is more stable because of a superior design. The scissor action on the Vivo is side to side which means all the front to back bending strain is on the flanges of two fairly flimsy steel c-section tracks. The track is slightly wider than the runner so when the table is at the desired height the runner can lift a bit in the track, causing the table to rock, especially in the mid positions. The Yoyo scissors works back back (lowest) to front (highest), so when the scissors are locked at the desired height the table is braced.

**Q: Hi. My desk is same depth as this. Is it easy to work on this while seated, without extra desk in front? Or would a narrower converter be better? Tia!**
A: Hello!
Thank you for your interest!
If teh desk is the same width as your desktop, the keyboard tray will be hanging out it might be a little awkward when sitting down and might cause a little more wobble than normal.
Thank you!

**Q: I moved the desk upwards but cannot move it down. How can I move it down. I keep pressing the right handle but it does not move downwards.**
A: Hello,

Thank you for your question.

The DESK-V000K is stiff when first out of the box. You will need to use your bodyweight when lowering it.

Thank you for checking.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent quality, fits a large screen
*by A***R on 11 May 2026*

Best purchase I've made on Amazon. I've been wanting a standing desk for a while and this really does the job well. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ It's solid, smaller than I thought, needs a bit of effort to push down but would recommend
*by J***W on 4 July 2025*

Its solid and it works well. A bit stiff to push down. It's big but just fits monitor and laptop. One thing that would make it better is if the ledge for the keyboard slid in. It doesn't and sticks out proud of the main shelf all the time. This shelf also just fits keyboard and mouse with no room for a mouse mat. I would recommend despite the niggles.
