It's okay.
I like this product but for the money and quantity the benefits, in my opinion, are just as great with DIM without soy. Soy can, and does in me, cause bloating.

Although this is a bit expensive, it may the very best maca you can buy. You need take very little of this product, and it goes right where you need it, as it is one of the products in the adaptogen family.

Good stuff
I originally bought this because it was supposed to be good for the thyroid gland. It is also good for the prostate gland. I am 83 and have been using prostate medication for a while. I added this, and I am able to get 5 or 6 hours sleep (sometimes a little longer) without getting up for a call of nature. I also recommend Royal Chanca Piedra from the same source for breaking up kidney stones.
