I've owned it for only about a month, but thus far it has worked perfectly. It was particularly easy to program for the various RFID's. All of the various options in that regard are a good idea (I tried all four before I found what suits best.)My only complaint (minor) is that I couldn't figure out how to remove the storage "sleeve" -- the picture in the directions doesn't match up with my device.
