As a mom to three I am always looking for ways to get veggies on to my kids plates in fun and unique ways. Which was why I was super excited to be given a chance to try out the spiral slicer as part of a promotional offer in return for my opinion on it. And I have to say I am really glad I did. It is a really fun way to add fun to our veggies. So far we have tried cucumbers, carrots turnips and potatoes. By cutting them so fine and evenly they are easy to cook quickly which as a mom with little time as it is, it is nicer to have such an easy way to slice veggies for dinner. Speaking of easy, clean up with the included brush and storage bag is great! I love that!

Pretty easy to use. I have had multiple of these and this one is by far the smoothest at cut the veggies. The size is perfect for my hands. It is pretty easy to clean. My kids love pretty veggies for lunch. I was able to review this product with a promotional code.

This vegetable spiral slicer is so much better than I expected. I recently decided to make some lifestyle changes including making some changes to my diet. I realized that my diet has always consisted of some form of starch, whether it be some type of pasta, rice, potato, or bread and sometimes more than one of those at a meal, and although I do believe those things are fine in moderation, I was definitely going over board. So, in my efforts to change, I found this spiral vegetable slicer and decided to try it out.First of all, it is so easy to use. It fits perfectly in your hand so you can hold it just right so you can twist your vegetables into perfect spiral slices. It has two sides with different cutting options. One side you can make spaghetti like spirals and the other gives you a julienne cut.The stainless steel blades are very sharp and cut the vegetables with ease and although they are more on the inside of the device they have also put finger guards for you to hold on to for extra safety.It comes with a cleaning brush which makes it a breeze to clean as long as you don't let the vegetable juice stay on it for too long.It comes with it's own waterproof carrying bag for safe storage and to keep it clean while not in use.I have mainly used mine for carrots, zucchini, and cucumbers but you can use it for almost any type of vegetable that will fit in it. It also comes with a free ebook of all sorts of different recipes you can use for whatever you like.I was asked to review this item but all opinions about it are my own.

I am always looking for ways to make veggies more appealing & appetizing to my children so when I saw this offered in exchange for my honest opinion, I grabbed it up. This item is so easy to use & so fun. I am constantly looking for fun kitchen gadgets that will make our meals more interesting & this fits the bill. This item has helped me to be able to cut out some of the pastas from our meals by making it so easy to make noodles from veggies. My children barely notice a difference. Win! This is also useful for making fun lunch additions & snacks in the form of fun veggie spirals, etc. We are really enjoying this new gadget.Clean up is a breeze; simply rinse in soapy water & use the brush to clean up any particles or juice left behind. The storage bag that is provided keeps it clean & protects the "blades" from becoming damaged or dirty.This neat little product also comes with recipes... I haven't had a chance to try any yet but am looking forward to trying some of the different ideas.I would definitely recommend this product to anyone wanting to try to reduce carbs, add extra veggies, or coherce children to eat more veggies.

I have a favorite restaurant that I go to just for the salad. The carrots and cucumbers taste amazing with the ginger dressing and I have been dying to make a salad like this at home! I saw a promotion for this Spiral Slicer and was thrilled to give it a try, and now I can make my own salad at home! I am quite impressed with this handy kitchen gadget! I have only used it for carrots and cucumbers because they are eaten daily in our home, but I can not wait to make zucchini spaghetti. This slicer is very easy to clean, perfect size to not take up too much room, comes with a brush for cleaning it safely, and a great recipe book! I have been trying to use random kitchen utensils to get this spiral effect for my veggies! I was able to get this Spiral Slicer as part of a promotion. I was amazed at the ease of use.As a parent, I am always try to get my children to eat more vegetables. This gadget helps take care of that! All kids want to eat something that looks like fun. I have sliced up just about everything I could. My kids would never eat zucchini before i spiraled it. I can even sneak some veggies in with their spaghetti and they think they are noodles.It's also great for my husband and I since we are trying to cut carbs. We top our veggies with our favorite sauce in lieu of noodles!!This would make a great gift for college kids and adults alike.
