Incredible wisdom
Astrological magick is incredibly powerful. I am incredibly grateful that Christopher Warnock has made this sophisticated system approachable to the non scholar. The power of this system is hidden from those unwilling to put in the work. One of the best parts about it is it doesn’t use the operators energy. I have purchased many talismans from Chris and I can personally attest to the life changing power of this magick. If you are someone seeking wisdom Christopher’s work is for you. If you want to be spoon fed watered down nonsense it’s not for you. Those who put in the work will be rewarded beyond what they previously thought magick could do.

Excited to read this.
I have too much good to say about Chris' other work, especially his other planetary ritual books, so I will keep it extremely short. Without this guy I probably wouldn't have gotten into planetary magic. I still have a long way to go before I feel competent in The Work, but I am learning something new every day. I even made my own Jupiter talisman. If you guys are doubting even for a second, please trust me when I say this stuff is legit.

It works!
I am a student of the authors Astrological Magic course. This book is included as part of the package. All I have to say is that the techniques outlined in this book yeild results. I have made 3 fixed star talismans and they have all yeilded results within days of making them. A Deneb Algedi talisman resulted in a noticeable uptick in my wifes business and a Sirius talisman resulted in receiving favor from a doctor that saved me close to $800. I highly recommend this book IF you are actually going to do the work. These beings are benefic and when approached with respect and dignity they are happy to bless.

A first-rate manual of stellar magical practices
Fixed Star, Sign & Constellation Magic (FSSCM) by Christopher Warnock deals with a particular branch of traditional Western astrology and astrological magic—that of the powers, virtues, and spirits of the stellae fixae, in lieu of the planets and planetary spirits. To my mind, this small book would likely benefit nearly anyone who’s sincerely interested in traditional astrology, ritual magic, and the serious esotericism of the European Medieval and Renaissance eras as living practices. Irrespective of the fact that I’ve been provided with a review copy, I believe the volume is well worth its price, considering the focus, scope, coherence, and consistently high quality of the contents.Although FSSCM is concise and clearly written, it’s not exactly for beginners. Yet it’s a highly practical little manual, and would certainly provide more than enough information for those with a foundation in traditional Western / Islamic astrological magic to begin working in this milieu, which primarily centers upon the creation of talismans. That said, a novice with a sincere interest in these and related subjects—even from a purely historical, iconographical, or mythographical perspective—could likely learn a good deal from portions of the book. For example, the author’s brief discussion of the Tropical, Sidereal, and (what he terms) the Constellational Zodiacs is one of the best treatments of the subject I’ve encountered, despite the fact that this is perhaps not the easiest topic to explain quickly or in a condensed manner. Moreover, the straightforward presentation of specific ritual methods (which include alternative, simplified versions), materials, and experiences is both laudable and engaging. As a concise manual of practice, FSSCM is light on the historical and metaphysical / philosophical foundations and gets right down to business. The Appendices, pgs. 108-135, bring together a wealth of expedient reference material from sources such as Picatrix, Hermes on the Fixed Stars, Agrippa, Albertus Magnus, and other authorities, while the primary chapters include magical images by the artists Nigel Jackson and Robert M. Place. In short: this is a fine little work that’s intended to be used and applied—and is highly recommended.

Excellent Work on Astrological Image Magic
I've been taking Warnock's course on Astrological Magic over the past few months, and this was an excellent supplement to those teachings, though it is great as a standalone book on its own as well, providing all the instructions you need to Elect Fixed Star Talismans and their constellational counterparts. (provided you can read a chart or learn to do so. If not he gives a simplified method too).My favourite part about any of Warnocks books is probably the fact that he is utilising primary sources rather than modern sources, meaning that the text is in line with traditional Western magical thought and free from the corruption that occurs during around the industrial revolution. Not only this, but the Appendix includes multiple source texts and it is in-essentia a compilation of sources into one coherent whole with added explanations on the mechanics and underlying philosophies inherent to this tradition. The fact that so many source texts are compiled here, saves the reader a whole lot of too'ing and throwing.Frankly, I've been obsessed with this text since I got it. I've already elected a Hydra Talisman following its instructions! And plan on making many more talismans too.Thats five stars from me chief

Informative
I don't know a lot about this and as an introductory book enjoyed the pictures of the signs. The other things needed apart from the asyrological hours etc. But stones plants and incense. I am know going to look upany of them and see if you can still grow or get them.I am looking forward to reading his other books and as a reference book may buy the physical book.
