Recreate the Metallica - Kirk Hammett sound
If you are looking to recreate the Metallica - Kirk Hammett sound, this will do it. I have been messing around with peddles for some time trying to get that "sound" but never could get there. I found this amp and decided to give it a try and it nails the sound. I was so surprised and it is loud as heck too. The unit is solid and has effects loops input and outputs on the back, a foot switch for clean and distortion as well as to turn on and off the reverb. It has two separate gain knobs too on the distortion side so you can have two different levels preset and switch over when you want to without having to turn the dial. Oh yea, and there are two separate outputs to work with extra speakers - up to a total of 160 watts I think. I own a Fender Deluxe Reverb amp and thought they are different kinds of amps, I like the KH75 better.
