Y'ALL. I bought this case because I couldn't afford a new LifeProof case (& I think they got less reliable anyway after Otterbox bought them and re-did the manufacturing) and I'm here to tell you--- THIS THING WORKS! It is easy to get on and off, and I used it in the ocean while snorkeling and it was absolutely flawless. Worth every penny. Buy it.

This case is the ONLY reason I did not have to buy a new iPhone this past weekend. I forgot I had rested my phone on the roof while loading groceries into my car. Drove about ten minutes down the highway and heard a thud on the back hood of my car. I suddenly realized my colossally stupid mistake and my heart sank as I knew I had been driving at upwards of 50mph and it had a lot of pictures and memories not backed up. With really low hopes, I circled back around and saw the phone on the ground. When I grabbed it, I found only a tiny crack in the upper righthand corner about an inch long. I took off the case AND THE PHONE WAS PERFECTLY FINE, only the case had cracked!TL;DR I know this case is marketed as waterproof which I can't attest to, but I can attest to it being the kind of case that fully protects your phone if it flies 50mph through the air and lands on a cement highway. HIGHLY recommend.

I used this case for my iPhone X on our 7 our river float trip in New Braunfels, Texas. Not a single drop of water got inside the case and it was in the water 98% of the time. It also still works with my glass screen protector which is a plus. The buttons on the side are easy to press and the fingerprint reader works good too. The sound is not muffled either whether it’s music or if you’re just talking on the phone. It all sounds fine. I highly recommend this case! It also comes with a wrist strap which was nice to have on the river especially when we hit the rapids. I will use it again for our upcoming cruise!

Was going on vacation to Cancun and didn’t want to pay lots of $$ for a go pro. THIS WORKS! I tested it at home with a piece of paper in the case first, then tried my phone. During vacation, not gonna lie I was still scared when I was about to use it in the ocean while snorkeling, but it worked! Touch screen doesn’t work under water so I used volume button to snap pictures. This was one of the cheaper ones too compared to other ones on amazon.

I was really excited about this case, and even though I wanted to put it on my phone immediately I took the time to do the waterproof integrity test. As far as I can tell, no water leaked into the case during the test, but I can’t confirm that because I literally cannot reopen the case.I have used coins, fingernails, even a flat head screwdriver and all I have succeeded in doing is putting tiny dents in the plastic and peeling the rubber seal away a little bit. I intend to return the case, and unfortunately it will return to the seller with the paper towel from the waterproof test still inside of it.

This case is amazing! I bought for a trip with the kids to Myrtle Beach, so many amazing photos...from in the water! Kids loved seeing themselves in the action...not from afar. We had a pool at the condo and I would hit record for a video and toss my iPhone X (in the case lol) in the pool and let them retrieve it. Great little game. Sound is awesome, video is awesome...and I am happy! Well worth the price for sure.

To be honest, I was terrified to try this, I was convinced my phone would be ruined forever, But I was happily proven wrong, I took a lot of photos underwater, it did its job great！

Took this on a tropical trip. Worked alright. Waterproof about 3 or 4 times then started leaking so I stopped using it. If you use it out of the water the pictures end up looking like there is a plastic film over the lens, which there is. Finally, I couldn’t easily press stop and start for video under water. I had to always raise it above water. The cases with buttons that press the phone features are much easier to use in that respect.
