Incredible shortwave reception !!!
As a long time shortwave listener and owning many radios, I was completely surprised with the incredible shortwave reception of this unit.For example I can pick up ALL of UTC Time broadcasts including Canada ... my high end tecsuns can’t even do that (using same indoor wire antenna ...Analog tuning with DSP is rock steady and reception doesn’t drift. Analog dial is remarkably accurate. Audio is excellent.MP3 music/audiobooks have great, powerful sound. Haven’t listen to FM/AM much but offhand reception is rock solid too.Sometimes I’ll take a chance on a very inexpensive radio and be disappointed with reception but not this unit ... this is certainly one of the best radios I own ... seriously !
