it came in looking like it was previously used, it has scratch marks all over it and some of the plastic tubing is falling apart. I bought it for my boyfriend as a gift and he was concerned it wouldnt work because of how it looked, but it did work! I dont want to give this item the worst review ever because it does work and looks amazing when lit up, but when its off you can tell its been beat up a bit. Idk what happened with it but we do love it and will continue using it.

This cactus has become the staple piece of my apartment. Everyone I know raves about it.

Although brightness is what I expected and no bad at all. The clear plastic that supports the entire product came dirty and scratched. The whole point of the of this plastic is to be as clear as possible and not noticeable which is not the case when dirty and scratched. After deep cleaning the product there are still scuff marks that I wasn’t able to remove.

My husband asked for this for Christmas, and at first I was weirded out. But after he set it up, I really like it! He’s currently working from home so we all get to see it, if he goes back into the office I know he’ll want to take this.

Love this so much. Super cute. Wish the bottom portion was a bit more yellow.

First off you should keep in mind the low cost of the item compared to other neon signs. It looks pretty good up on the wall and the colors are nice but I do have two small complaints. The first being that it's made out of plastic and has no wall mounts. The other being the fact that there is no switch attached to the cord for easy on and off access. For the price though it does look good and I don't regret the purchase.

Love that it has a USB port so that I can plug it into my computer so it automatically turns on when my computer does.

Me encanto el producto le pongo 4 estrellas ya que me hubiera gusta que tuviera un switch para poderlo encender y apagar cuando yo quisiera y no estarlo desconectando pienso que seria mas comodo.El cactus puede resistir caidas accidentales por que sus materiales son de plástico protegiendo el led de golpesmedidas del producto: 47 cm de alto contando hasta la maceta y de ancho 23 cm de brazo a brazo del cactus.Una cosa más as el color de la maceta no es de color amarillo al parecer es de color naranja palido solo que al momento de tomarle foto se cambia al color amarillo pero aun asi es un excelente adorno para tu cuarto o algo muy llamativo.
