Overall decent chair. Material construction is as expected in this price range. Would like to see more padding in the head area as to allow use of the chair without the head pillow. With no padding between the through hole and the top bar it leaves a hollow depression which may annoy some. Not an issue for me yet, but may be for others.The armrests attach using two bolts per rest to the bottom of the chair so their durability will remain to be seen. I don’t expect them to last the life of the chair. I warned others in the home to not use the arm rests to lift themselves from the chair as I don’t think they were designed to be that robust. In regards to the arm rests, one of the adjustment buttons continuously pops off when trying to adjust the height of the arm rest.The leg rest is of similar construction that may or may not last the life of the chair either. The metal rods are hollow and slide in and out of approximately three inches of sleeve style bracing underneath the chair lending itself to flexing. The foot rest was hastily sewn together as the fabric is bunched on all seams and this may be attributed to how the item was packaged in its box.When my chair arrived one of the braces that holds the back of the chair to the seat was poking through the box since there was no padding to insulate it inside the box.The lumbar pillow is awkwardly large and stiff. With it being so large it’s impossible to use and break in without being an absolute annoyance.At this price point I think there may be better options out there. For this price point I believe being able to rock in the chair should be included but is a feature that this chair lacks unfortunately. Possibly get rid of the pillows and invest in such a mechanism to keep the price competitive. I couldn’t locate the information that would tell me whether or not it did so I’m including it here for other.This just happened to be in a color that tickled the fancy so I took a gamble.Update May 28, 2019: Some internal wire on the backrest is starting to protrude through the material near the bottom of the backrest. Won’t be long before the material gives way to the wire and it’s poking me in the back.

Packaging is fantastic, didn't have any blemishes. I like that there is these little guards on the outer part of the wheel base (for people that rest their feet on it instead of the floor). Padding and support is amazing. Only issue I had was the back peice didn't have any holes to attach to the base the frame inside it does have screw holes), therefore I had to make my own holes in order to have it attached without having the bottom open.

When I first got it to my house, it had holes through the box. When putting together, the leg rest had a plastic piece snapped off when assemble. Very disappointed. And it was too small for a chair that "hold 400lbs" I'm 353 pounds and it was too short. The right arm rest adjustor broke off as well. So I will be returning it
