This product covers everything! The fact that it relieves fatigue in addition to your back pain, etc. is why I buy this product. A comedian once said: "...women have best drugs...they call it "Midol" - they don't want to share this drug with us men so they sell it as a "menstrual" product; and they have been successful in keeping it to themselves since no real man is going to take a "Midol" product! One stays in my bathroom and one in my purse (with one to spare). Midol works great for me as a perfect blend of acetaminophen, caffeine and a diuretic to reduce bloating, ease cramping, and keep me going when I don't even want to get up out of bed. It works quickly, usually in less than a half an hour. I have been taking Midol since I was 13 for PMS and menstrual symptoms. I get irritating lower back pain and Midol helps to relieve that pain. It really helped when I was adjusting to my IUD too.
