Some drawers opened so hard I thought I would have to return
I tried opening the drawers thinking maybe I was doing something wrong. Nothing worked, so I tried pulling harder than I thought I should--I grabbed both sides of the door latch and gave a good pull. The drawer opened! Did the same to the others and they all opened too. Five drawers open harder than they should, but are usable. The drawers that wouldn't open require (I am guessing) 15-20 lbs. to open and 4-5 lbs. to close while all the other drawers open with about one lb. or less pressure. The casters are in the bottom left drawer. Your will need to buy 16 bolts and nuts to attach them. I was surprised they were not included. Would have given five stars if some drawers hadn't open so hard. Turns out the bolts were included and the nuts are attached to the base on the inside (directions indicated you needed bolts & nuts, but THEY ARE INCLUDED). The drawers seem to be getting better. It has been below freezing here in Ohio so maybe that was part of the problem. I am pleased with the purchase and maybe my problem was temperature related.
