First time I've gone with a Pixel rather than Samsung or Sony. Always had android phones and devices, always preferred Google from early days as a search engine, so it made sense to have a look at an android phone without the other maker's 'overlay'.Not particularly a tech guy, but so far, so impressed:Battery life - well over a day between charges with regular use of apps and browserScreen - good size, minimises scrolling on most appsFingerprint scanner - far less clunky than my last phoneCamera - superb quality, very vibrant colours from a supposed mid range phoneUpdates - pretty much every week, direct from GoogleHaving said that, my previous phone was a Galaxy S7. Great device and still holds its own in many ways, but seriously outdated in a lot of departments, so this 3aXL was always going to be a fair leap forward for me.In summary, I would say that if you're looking for a bigger than average screen, don't mind the extra 'pocket weight' in order to gain great battery life, and want a more streamlined, direct GUI / update service, this is a great phone for you, especially at this price.

I bought from this vendor (whoever they were no paperwork at all sent) as the price was the lowest well for a reason.No connect cable to power source no bluetooth ear plugs either.You get what you pay for.Any way after years of using an IPhone the Pixel Android is a treat to use so easy just a continuation from my Chrome account on my PC so so easy to use in comparison to Apple.Imagine my email address can automatically load it feels like a lap-top in my hand for functionality and familiarityThe phone is large and with a free sound booster being hearing impaired a smart phone I can really hear.The photos are amazing quality as are video'sOverall the best most easy to use smart phone I have had and so far well satisfied with my purchase.

Once the item's arrived it had a manufacturing defect on the rear camera inside the lens, but upon contacting the retailer I received a full refund and a replacement phone in no time.This is an excellent phone with long battery life, the camera is great value for money, I've been using it ever since it's original release.

Good battery life, nice phone to navigate and takes great pictures. Signal is AWFUL! I keep getting dropped calls and signal cuts in and out. Using the same SIM from my previous handset and didn't have this problem. I've checked service provider coverage and it should be strong. This happens no matter where I'm calling from.I've just googled and this seems to be a recurring theme. Wish I had done more research on this rather than the features included with the phone.No point in having a sleek phone with a good camera that you can't maintain a conversation on.I'm really disappointed.

Less than 2 months into owning the device, I was experiencing issues with hardware (network connection) I hadn't dropped it at all or damaged it in any way I can think of. Bit dissapointing as it wasn't the cheapest .

I'm a stock android fan. This mid range model doesn't disappoint. I get 2 days battery life at a push. Certainly it will last all day even with heavy use. Great to be the first to get android updates. Stereo sound is great but I have noticed sometimes it will rattle the phone casing at top volume. Screen is superb. Camera and video spot on. For me the best phone at this price point.

I bought my Google Pixel 3a xl because its audio quality was recommended. Since my hearing is not 100% and my laptop is poor on audio, I stream videos and podcasts on my Pixel, with amazing results! Visually good. Charges fast and holds charge 48 hours or so.

Good Camera, battery life, auto media captioning live transcribe (not available with iPhone). Nice to hold. Easy to transfer from IPhone 6plus. Suits my budget. A super phone.
