Adjustable Hand Grip for Hand Stength Training with Adjustable Resistance

I got this to assist in the rehab of my dislocated elbow. The built quality is very good. Not cheap at all. The tension settings are great if you don't have an injury. The lowest setting is a bit too stiff for early muscle/tendon rehab. The variable tension will be of help as my elbow gets stronger. It's much better than having to buy 3-4 different units with different spring tensions.

Resistance is adjusted very easily, giving you an opportunity to make it as tough or as easy as you want it to be. Overall it does not require a lot of strength and you will likely need to get ones with more resistance down the line, but this is a good place to start strengthening your grip.

Arrived on time in brand new condition. I had read a prior review that said it was received in not new condition bur that did not happen in my case. Tightening of tension works fine.

Not for the very strong. I am not very strong, but just wanted to get a little help with hand strength. These are well constructed and seem to meet my needs.

The adjustable grip is very helpful when different family members use it. Some of the others that I had purchased were simply too hard for my daughter to use

it seems to have been made for very small hands.I have average sized hands but it is too small for my hands

very good design. My old hand grip, after more than a decade of daily use, finally broke. This hand grip appears to be very sturdy. The variable tension is excellent.
