Upon reading the book, I could rarely stop reading it. It was sometimes fun, at other times educational, which I think is understandable considering that Jhoon Rhee was a teacher on TaeKwonDo so that his heuristics must have contributed to the way of his writing. For Bruce Lee fans, it is a must-read because it would tell them a lot about him. The book will let you know a human side of Bruce Lee, not just the superhuman one that many of you are familiar with.

I love this book, especially the part where Jhoon Rhee taught Muhammad Ali his knockout punch -- you can watch the fight on youtube

If you are a BL fan and interested in his martial arts concepts, this will give you another view of BL thanks to John Rhee.

I liked it!!

Let me start off by saying that this book is everything that a true martial arts fan would love. It has history of martial arts in America it has history of martial arts in Asia and it has history of Grand Master jhoon Rhee and Bruce Lee, his whole life including his career his humble beginnings and his friends in Hollywood as well as his students. This book has everything and a definite read for anybody even remotely interested in martial arts.
