Excellent part two
Kenny has a knack of writing a story that gets your blood pumping and your heart racing. In the first book, Something Forbidden, Max and Katie, dipped their toes into the Hotwife lifestyle with surprising results. Kate's new friend Chloe leads her into ever more naughty explorations into her sexy side until one night she lets it all out in a night of wild release that comes very close to cheating! This book takes up after that adventure where Max and Katie discover something neither seems willing to stop and yet haven't learned how to handle.Katie runs into a guy that almost seduced her in the first story and this time she gives in and the sex is scorching hot!Problem is, her husband doesn't know about it, at least not the truth and Katie is torn between the intense pleasure she enjoys with her lover and her inability to tell the truth. One day her two worlds collided and she has to face the music! It is how and what happens next that drags you into the story if you are already.Buy and enjoy

The original was just too good.
This is a good Kenny Wright book. They're ALL good. In taking on a sequel to the brilliant "Something Forbidden", Wright set out for himself the challenge -- as is always the case with sequels -- of topping the original. Were this a stand-alone novel, it would be great. But, for me, it fell short in two areas: first this lacked the dramatic tension of the first novel. There was a real, event-driven plot to Something, not just as series of sex scenes strung together. Nothing forbidden doesn't have the intrigue of the first novel, no villian, etc. Again, that would be perfectly fine in a stand-alone novel, but it doesn't quite meet the bar set by the first book. The other issue I had was that, as with the case of any series erotica, a sequel is going to need to top the original in terms of sexual debauchery. That really didn't happen here.I would have liked this novel better if it had a totally new cast of characters, and that's actually a tribute to Something Forbidden. Max and Katie are really likeable, and I can understand the temptation to peek back into the lives of these characters. But I'd have like for it to have been a little heaver, by the end, than the first novel. My $0.02. Still a very good read, in spite of my criticism.

Powerful and Intense!
This is the sequel to Kenny Wright's "Something Forbidden." It delves into the erotic story of Katie and Max, a married couple who continues to experiment with their wife sharing fantasy. Having come so close previously to a near disaster in their relationship, Max's bold statement of "Nothing forbidden" gives Katie unlimited freedom to explore her sexual desires. With this new freedom Katie sets out on a string of erotic encounters that pushes her marital vow's to a new breaking point. She's conflicted between her overwhelming desires, and the love for her husband and daughter. At what point has she gone too far to save her marriage? This story keeps you on the edge of your seat with characters who will invoke a whole range of emotions. This is definitely one of the best stories I've read in this genre. I would highly recommend reading it.

It's Your Thing , Do What You Want To Do
Kenny Wright has done it again in creating a masterpiece , this time as a sequel to Something Forbiden . He lets us follow again the adventures of Max and his wife Katie . After nearly losing her to Greg and Chloe in Something , Max now sets Katie free to explore her sensuality without guilt , and does she ever . She is like a kid running wild in a candy store , being as bad as she can be . She tells Max of her adventures while showing him her love for this kind , understanding man . Has she gone to far already as the book comes to an end . Will Max be able again to pull her back from the brink again , or will he lose her to another man ? Only the next book will tell us .

Enjoyable
Looking back the story seems far fetched at times however the author set up the characters and sex scenes well enough to make it enjoyable. I agree with the some of the other comments that this particular book lacked the tension of other works by Mr. Wright. Yet, a fair read to escape for a while with some thrills.

Better than the predecessor
I liked this one better than its predecessor, Something Forbidden. I think the sex is much hotter. I still dont like Katie. Yes she is hot, but I think she slips into this much easier than someone who says they have doubts should. She is Chloe in many regards. Max doesnt get my respect. I like John and Nadia. AJ is great. He is what he is and makes no attempt to be anything else. So yes, the characters have personality, love them or hate them. The sex is great. I would suspect this couple wouldn't make it together more than another year or two. Katie is too much into it and Max isnt strong enough to stop her. Great story.

Good but not great.
A good read, but not as good as Something Forbidden. This book lacked the tension and the edge of Something Forbidden. Also I really did not like the "airtight" gathering near the end. It reminded me too much of the poorly written junk I read before finding Mr. Wright's books. The telling of the story from Katie's point of view was interesting, but I think I prefer to read it from the husband's POV. I hope there is another book in the works featuring Katie and Maxx. Even though I gave it just 4 stars, it is still better than almost everything else I have read from other authors.

Scrumptious Katie!
Another masterpiece by the master of erotica. Kenny Wright is so good at character description and development that he made me fall in love with Katie by the end of the book. The internal battle between her "good girl" and "bad girl" is epic, and the latter can get very bad indeed. Kenny builds the tension brilliantly, and it ultimately explodes into the raunchiest encounter I've yet read by any author. I really hope to see Katie again in another volume. I think there's a lot more to be explored with the feelings between Katie and John, whom I'm sure wasn't joking when he said he was madly in love with her. The depth of Katie's character, which is "fleshed out" by her ravenous sexual appetite, is something that should be carried on in another toe-curling adventure.

Best Author of Erotica!
Smoking hot and well written like most of his books. This is the sequel, you should read the original "Something Forbidden".

More from Max and Katie Callahan
The second book featuring Max and Katie Callahan, unlike the first book which was told from Max’s point of view, this book is told from Katie’s point of view, which illustrates just what a talented writer Kenny Wright is. A thoroughly enjoyable (and stimulating) read from start to finish, so enjoyable I wished it would not end and there are not many books I can say that about. After the nearly losing each other Max and Katie are closer and stronger, but the excitement of trying other men is still with them especially Max. He trusts her enough to allow her complete freedom, saying “Nothing is forbidden” So will she choose the likeable and charming Bradley or another man who makes a stunning reappearance in the name of AJ. Max and Kate’s friends Nadia and John help in different ways as the naughty slutty side of Kate begins to show, will she reject it or embrace it?

Reasonably good read for swinging fans ...
Very well written as usual for the author with good character development and some very hot sex included. It's primarily not really a hotwife narrative but really a tale about a couples continued descent ( or ascent?) into swinging. It didn't have the plot of the first book and contained a fair bit of rather unrealistic and difficult to digest situations. It is a good book but I personally didn't like the characters much anymore so for me it wasn't quite the sequel I'd hoped.

Great stuff!
As usual, the author has some great characters in the story and I must say I really liked Kate. This was a good follow up to "Something Forbidden" and importantly stayed true to the original storyline. It was sexy and exciting and perfectly paced all the way through and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It's only my opinion but I felt the hottest scenarios were with Kate and AJ and I found his domination of her could have been brought out more and I felt that his sheepiness when working for Max knowing what had gone on between him and Kate was rather out of character. All in, a great book and one I'm happy to recommend.
