Excellent physical design, decent operation
I have a Lutron-heavy house (with a combination of Maestro, Caséta, and Pico remotes). I also have several Hue bulbs. The official remote works well but won't fit in a standard wallplate. The RGBGenie blends in very nicely with other Decora devices and resembles one of the Pico remotes but is an even more clever design since it's magnetic and can be pulled out of the wall for temporary handheld use. It can be mounted directly on the wall next to an electrical box (with a multi-gang wallplate covering both) but I had to trim the back of the wallplate to sit more flush -- good thing wallplates are super cheap. The scene recall button works but you won't be able to use it to "toggle" multiple scenes from the Hue app like the official remote does, it can only memorize the current color/brightness of the bulb and then recall it later. This comes in super useful because my setup includes various bits of custom code interacting with the Hue API from my PC, but I can just press the scene button to get a predictable warm white no matter what crazy color I've chosen (or use the "on" button to bring up the last-set color).Note that this is not a "Friends of Hue" device (nor a reverse-engineered Hue Remote), so it WILL NOT appear in the Hue app. Instructions state to first pair to the hub which adds it to the Zigbee network, then use TouchLink to pair with bulbs.Extra props to the seller. My first one did not work as instructed and I was unable to reset or pair it despite repeated attempts. The seller sent me a replacement which worked as described!

A little tricky to set up with Hue bulbs, but works great
I picked this switch because I liked how if fit in my existing decora switch faceplate. I got some Hue bulbs for my living room and wanted a switch to go with them. The Hue Dimmer works well, but doesn't fit in the wall very well.I'm a little new to this stuff, but I had a little trouble getting it all to work. When I first tried to set it up, I used light link to link it to two bulbs, but that made the bulbs unreachable from the Hue hub. I contacted the RGBGenie support people and they responded very quickly. It turns out I had to join the switch to the Zigbee network from the hub first, then link it to the bulbs. That way I could control the bulbs however I want. The trick to that is to go through the Hue app and pretend you're adding one of the official Hue switches. That will make the Hub search, then you activate the pairing on the switch and it will let you know when it's connected by blinking its light. At that point, you can pair it to the bulbs you want it to control and they will still talk to the bridge and the app as well.I've only been using it for a few days, but so far it's been perfect. I would recommend to anyone looking for a Zigbee/Hue switch to replace the an existing decora switch.

Pairs easily with your choice of ZigBee hub
I bought several of these to have physical control of certain light zones for the WAF and guests. I was able to pair them directly to Home Assistant's built-in Zigbee integration. They create separate events (see them as "zha_event") which can then be used to trigger any Automation that you want. The on/off buttons only create press events. The three buttons on the top create PRESS / HOLD / RELEASE events so you can do multiple things with each button. I bypass and replace the old wall switches, and then mount these in the switch box behind a decora plate. Great solution. Also great support from RGBGenie - There's a card in each of their products with contact info and they actually answer the phone/email. I would give bonus points if these could defy the laws of physics and add a glow to the ON button to make them easier to find in the dark - while still keeping the same battery life.

Does not work with SmartThings :(
Good looking switch but without SmartThings integration I must return :(

Good deal but a bit more trouble than expected.
Using a conbee 2 as the zigbee controller and while the device is discovered it never gets recognized by the conbee GUI. In Home-assistant the device shows up but has no entities. You have use manually created automations. I think this is more of a problem with Home-Assistant than with the device.Documentation, while rather verbose, misses basics like how to reset the device to factory defaults. Once I found how (hold down the light-on until green LED then press light-on 5 times quickly) it is pretty hit or miss on getting the timing right. Had to try multiple times. Just put a paperclip hole someplace for the reset!
