I've tried a bunch of mean replacement shakes over the years. I like to use them periodically when I'm semi-fasting and trying to drop a few pounds. With these shakes, you don't feel like you're sacrificing. Flavors are all excellent and satisfying. You can experiment to see if you like your shakes thicker or thinner. I like mine a bit thicker and creamier. Also add some fruit periodically. Best ones on the market!!

Shakes don’t taste like they used to. Very disappointed and can’t return for some reason which wasn’t clear when purchasing.
